The meh: Their dusting was just ok - a lot left in the blinds. The ugly: They turned my side table around to clean behind it, and things weren't returned to the state they were in. The drawers were facing the bed so they wouldn't open, the power cord management box was behind the side table vice beside it, lamps were unplugged. Also, we have those "Indows" plexiglass window inserts for sound isolation. They pulled one of them out (to clean the window i guess) and managed to scratch the plexiglass in the process - about a 4-5" gash, and did not put the indow back in. I mean, I thought they didn't do windows anyway? Why wouldn't they ask how it worked or if they should clean the window? I think if I were to have them back I'd have to supervise, or set expectations for them not to touch windows and to return things the way they were.

My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! And be prepared to tip these ladies, they WILL EARN IT. (And no they don't ask or expect it), they're Uber professional. Saved my sanity.

Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. Maybe if you're desperate like I was this week, but honestly, even then, more drama than it's worth.

It's been 2 weeks, and she refuses to respond to my text messages asking for the $50 refund. I would not trust or use her services again.

I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month.
