If I could give zero stars I would...I booked TCP catering for my wedding on 3/2/24 - had our…read moretasting in person when we spoke about the date, multiple emails and a phone call to solidify the menu and signed a contract to lock in our date several months before the wedding. I even had an email conversation a week before the wedding to add on a few dietary menu items and confirm the date again ...Day of my wedding they didn't show up....after multiple calls by my coordinator they finally answered and said there was a "scheduling mishap" ... my coordinator then heard the staff in the background telling an employee to hang up the phone and not answer...cowardly staff and management. They ignored every single phone call and then their "solution" was to come 4 hours late with food not on our contract. Once you didn't show up at our contracted time with our contracted menu...you were in the wrong and there was no way you could fix it. How does a professional company not show up to a wedding when there were multiple conversations about the date (that never changed) and a signed contract? They told us our communication was only via email and it didn't end up on their calendar...it is YOUR job to manage your bookings and handle your calendar...NOT ours. They then tried to place blame stating we hadn't paid the rest of our balance...had they been a responsible business with our event on their calendar they would have reached out to discuss the last payment like a typical vendor would! A deposit is meant to show a client is in good faith going to pay the rest of the payment for a service, and as a business why would you just not show up after not getting the final payment instead of reaching out to collect the rest? Our email conversation a week before would have been a great time to remind us of our remaining balance but you are clearly trying to deflect from the fact that you forgot about us. TCP mishandled our booking due to poor business management and we had to pick up the pieces. TCP catering nearly ruined my wedding and we had to feed my guests lower quality food due to no options around our venue last minute. Because they didn't show up we also only had alcohol to serve our guests for several hours since they were contracted to bring food, water and non alcoholic drinks. Book them with extreme caution or you might end up scrambling an hour before dinner time on the most important night of your life! Edited to add: they withheld our deposit until we removed my honest review of what they did...completely unprofessional and wrong. Scott, if you would have reached out and apologized for forgetting about my wedding and shown ANY remorse I wouldn't have felt the need to post an honest negative review. But you continue to place blame on us when we did nothing wrong. If you not showing up to my wedding was simply because we didn't make the final payment...why were you trying to come hours later on our wedding day and why did you tell us it was because you forgot to add us to your calendar? Just admit you did something wrong and move on instead of texting my mother complaining about our honest reviews. Reposting because potential clients should know what happened to me and how they mishandled it every step of the way.

We have ordered Hailee's doorstep delivery meals every week for a year and a half. Her French and Italian can hang with top, local restaurants. Fresh lamb, chicken, beef, salmon, cod. Her sauces and pasta are excellent. Her vegetables often steal the show. Her salad dressings--roasted balsamic tomato vinaigrette, caesar, ranch--are find-something-in-the-fridge-to-dip good. Soups are excellent--light yet flavorful. She also prepares greek, spanish, asian and mexican, all of which are excellent restaurant quality. And rarely is her cooking heavy. Its seasoned for flavor and properly prepared. If she makes salmon, you will taste salmon. If she makes brussels sprouts, you will taste brussels sprouts. Plus, its delivered to our door at the beginning of the week. No more dinner-planning. A high-quality dinner is served after heating in the microwave or toaster oven. Oh, and her quiches, her quiches! On our rare returns to restaurants, we often try a dish and say, "ya, it's good. But Hailee's is better."

Irma made specialty mock tails to match party theme which were a huge hit with the guests. After meeting with her and I decided I would need someone to setup the day of the event. After speaking with her and going over her questionnaire and vendor list I realized there were aspects of the party I hadn't even thought of. Best thing I did was hire Irma! She goes above and beyond! She kept me from losing it, even when the week of the party the venue had to move us outside. She kept me in the loop while reassuring me. She made multiple visits to the venue to check the layout and make sure everything would work in the space. I was having a hard time finding a donut wall to rent, she built one. She found the chargers I needed, and brought the frame for the seating chart. She kept everything moving and took care of all the little hiccups of the day. Turned out beautiful! I had tons of compliments on her and her staff, they were friendly, fun and professional. I would hire Irma and Design That's You again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!!

I really appreciated the amount of communication that we received. She constantly shared ideas and suggestions through text and emails that were within our budget. She supplied and provided an adorable photo booth that fit our theme, a bartender and all bar supplies, personalized chalk board signs, food tables and decor! I gave her full responsibility the day of the party to organize and create what we had envisioned, and without disappointment she was a success! She managed her time perfectly and did not hesitate to roll her sleeves up and get things done! Needless to say, our guests (and myself!) were super impressed and full of compliments all night long with the design, layout, decorations, and how well it all came together.
