She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value? While what this service provides for me is truly priceless, I do believe she is very fair in her pricing, and she delivers on what she says she will. On top of all of that, when she's here we have all kinds of great conversations, and I truly enjoy the presence she adds to my home when she's here!

I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean). I basically paid to get windows and floors cleaned and am now cleaning everything myself again and have to call in another service that actually cleans. $300+ wasted.

None of the marks went away and even after drying the carpet looked really dirty. I read all the reviews and called them but they don't even have the right tools to clean carpets, it looked like they just vacuumed the place and left. Had to call a different place and get it done again. Waste of time and money!
