We would like to send a shout to David on track 3 and Charlie on track 2. We bought the kids to the Smokies for a week and stopped by here three times. Our kids loved it. David took the time to explain the track to my son as he was trying the fast track for the first time and kept a watchful eye on everyone. Charlie saw we were a big group and offered to take pictures of our group. My older son loves the Xtreme racing. The two guys were were a lot of fun too. We would definitely come back to this track.

Absolutely horrible crew. The cars were falling apart and very unsafe. I couldn't wait to get off the park.

I cannot say enough great things about this place, we had such an amazing time and the guy that was…read morethere almost every day that we were there, his name is Steven. He truly made this place so special, and every time we came back, personally came up and shook our hands and thanked us for coming back. The last day, my wife even came out and rode with us, and he went up to her and shook her hand and welcomed her back, even though it was her first time racing with us, when she usually sat in the car to watch the baby. Steven, is truly a special individual, who you can tell truly loves his job. I would come back over and over again, as long as he was here, because he truly made the experience at this racetrack so awesome. On the second day, we brought our son, Austin, who is autistic and Steven was so nice and gentle with him, and helped us make him comfortable enough to where he was able to actually ride the go karts with me. Not only didn't bring me as a father to tears, it brought my wife to tears as well because it was the first time my son actually did something outside of his comfort zone, and Steven made it truly enjoyable for all of us. He did not look at us differently, because we had a special-needs kid, but instead gave us so much care and graciousness and made us felt like we were friends of his. I cannot wait to come back here the next time, and hopefully Steven will be here because he truly made this trip want to remember

I kind of feel bad. The last time I was in Pigeon Forge with my children, I declined going on a…read moremountain coaster with them, because they just didn't look like my thing. So my kids went on the coaster and I watched and took photos. Then recently, I was forced to visit Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster for a work trip. It was either ride the dang coaster, or irritate the people who set up the trip, so I went. Holy cats! Alpine coasters are super fun! You kind of feel like you're going to fly off the tracks during the ride, but you won't. It seems safe enough, and the ride goes by so fast (it's definitely less than 10 minutes). Before you know it, you're done and wish you could go again. (I didn't, but I'm sure kids would.) You can control the speed, which is nice. At one point, I was feeling wild and crazy, and let it fly and zipped around the track at full speed. I visited with a small group on a weekday, and there was zero wait to start riding. Literally, we just paid and got right on.

This was a very fun adventure even for a scary person like me. I purchased the groupon which was a…read moregreat deal for 2 for $23. I reviewed the pricing upon arrival and it was $14 for kids. Every penny count nowadays so I'll take it. If the child is under a certain height they require them to ride with an adult. *Insert my nerves kicking in about this* I will say it looks more intimidating that it actual is. No big drops and you can adjust the speed as you ride. I built my courage to go faster the second ride but the employee did ask for me to not hold up traffic like previous did! Good adventure!

The best one was the holowave VR zombie game. Its a nice setup and a blast with multiple people able to crosstalk and see each other. My son and I also did a bunch of cart racing. Once we figured out which carts were fast, it was pretty good. Packed tracks, lots of opportunity for aggressive driving. The staff were friendly and it was clean enough and the carts and games worked. Good times.

The fast go carts are shity they bounce all over the place and none of them are the same speed by any means. The food was okay but very expensive. I wasn't going to leave a review because I had nothing good to say then I had a staff member who has trouble with English tell me I have to put my shirt on as I quickly ran inside to put my shirt on which I did then I came back outside and took my shirt back off outside. He came back outside and made me put my shirt back on. Outdoors rt here in America- can't be seen without a shirt off. The whole staff here is foreigners. I spent at least 450 bucks here with my two kids in just a few hours. I'm sitting here on a bench filling out this review and I'm seeing customers kids being rejected from rides that are clearly for little kids while overhearing them complain that nobody informed them their kids were too small to ride these rides when they were sold wristbands for rides.. Little kids crying because they can't ride rather than having a great time . Seriously fuck this place- SUPER unAmerican

Yes, the animatronics are jolting, very similar to the creepiness of the outdated ones which are still at some of the Florida theme parks. The place was basically empty when we went, which honestly should have been a sign. Once we got on the ride, it was clear that the attraction felt pretty old and dated. The dinosaur animatronics looked like they had been there for a very long time and didn't make the ride feel very impressive. The ride itself was also extremely bumpy, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Between the high price, outdated animatronics, and rough ride, I just didn't feel like it was worth the money. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I expected a lot more for the price, and I think the attraction could really use some updating. I wouldn't recommend it at the current price.
