Want terrible service??? You'll have to find another Internet company then. This company has fantastic customer service and fantastic technical service. I ran into Aaron by accident taking my dog for a walk. I was talking a picture of the back of his van that had the phone number so I could call them and ask them questions. Aaron was sitting in the van and noticed me, rolled down his window and said hello. We started talking about my disappointment with my satellite Internet company that starts with an (H). Aaron said to me I guarantee I can fix your issue, followed me down to my house and proved it! On the spot I said, install it. I've been trying to get decent Internet for four years in this location, I can now stream numerous TVs and phones and no lag time when my little one plays online games. Not only am I happy with the service, but he walked out like part of the family. He was concerned and made sure that I got what I needed and delivered. I never asked him how much it was going to cost me to install it, I was shocked at how reasonable it was. And the monthly bill is less then I was paying with Caps and throttling back by the previous company. There are no caps and No throttling back. They come highly recommended from me!!!! What a great chance of luck I had that day seeing their van parked on our street. Thank you Aaron!!! Paul read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company as much as possible. they do everything to blame your equipment over fixing their radio service on top of that, They want to keep you in service for an extra 60 days from disconnect request and charge you a disconnect dispatch fee. read more

Providing terrible service PING 1000-5000ms, constantly lying and making up reasons for the loss of connection. They also think that VPN is illegal in the US, although this is a complete lie, VPN is legal. These people break contractual obligations even when you have paid all the money. And note, you have not blocked the ip address, you are inventing it again. Everything worked for me. You simply cannot understand that you have a terrible quality of service, and therefore, invent the reasons for the illegal shutdown. read more

Internet sometimes good, except when the wind is bad and the dish shifts. upload is always terrible. I use speedy quick just for reception where I live, so I don't expect or ask for much. Just access to my phone and occasional small streaming. However, getting someone out here to ajust my dish to get reception again takes 10 calls and complaints making me retest my speeds for them over and over, and now their local number is disconnected and 1-800 number is disconnected. Ridiculous service for the cost, and now a disconnected local number just about settles my frustrations with a service provider. Just about never have I tried to contact an established buisness like an internet provider and had their phone numbers disconnected. Looking into the website and online if they were bought out by another company provided no information. Not worth the hassle and cost, when I can pay t-mobile for a permanant Hotspot and pay 1/4th the cost for likely better service with a 5g antenna read more

Kyle came to our home in Emmett today 1/7/2020! We had lost Intranet connection! Kyle fixed it, verified it was fixed and had me make sure I had connection.... Kyle was very polite & knowledgable! Thank you so much... B. Robinson read more

Kyle from Speedy Quick came to the house to set up service. Unfortunately service could not be provided because of our property location and our neighbors trees without putting in a post and running cable. Kyle was very professional and assisted us with fixing some things done by a competitors installer from 2 years past. What a pleasure to deal with. read more

Run don't walk away from these fools. I was so excited for the first 5 days, then the service went to hell and calls to tech support went without return, 6 emails went unanswered. This company has a fantastic product but such a absolutely horable management that cares zero for customer satisfaction. They will be quick to bill your credit card, but absolutely unwilling to send a tech to your house to fix the simple issue. Everyone there can't help you and management won't support the staff. This company is a joke, managed by jerks. They are a clip joint of an internet provider. Don't even bother, they will only ager you to the point of physical illness. They should be taken out back and beaten badly. Their contract is written by a five year old. They are run by four year olds. I read the numerous poor reviews and decided to try them anyways. The product worked fantastic for less than a week. Then the company refused to send a tech to fix it. REFUSED! They charged my credit card 3 times in 10 days but were unwilling to provide the service they contract states. Run,dont walk AWAY from this terribly poorly managed organization. They will be out of business in a matter of months. It will be their own fault. The owner must be a complete idiot. Such a great product, yet such horable operations. Serves them right to be in debt up to their ears and out of business in the coming weeks. They have a great product but only want customers to disrespect and rip off. This is the worst managed company I have ever seen. The absolute worst run organization I have ever seen. Management is a couple of high school drop outs with no sense what so ever. They are too concerned with changing your credit card becouse they are underfunded and totally hand to mouth. Don't make the mistake I made, don't try them out unless you enjoy being disrespected and agrovation is your thing. The worst experience I have gone through in years. Internet service is a utility just like electric or water or natural gas. These fools leave a wake of anger everywhere they go. Like I said, great product. Horable company. The owner must be a complete idiot and a fool not to mention a complete jerk. Call anyone else. read more

This is one of the only internet service providers available in our area. We pay a lot of money for their (up to) 20 MB/s plan, but it is rare to get more than single-digit speed. The network goes down frequently, and is slow constantly. They simply cannot deliver what they offer. Whenever I have an online work or school meeting I use my phone's HotSpot instead of my WiFi because it is more reliable and faster. read more

This is an absolutely fantastic company, great service and great customer service! We had safe-link before and they were horribly rude and I'm afraid some of the reviews on here are meant for safe link not for speedy quick. A lot of people seem to confuse the two companies. I can't imagine having bad reviews for the customer service of speedy quick. read more

Trash internet that is legitimately, often, worse than dial-up. Overpriced, underperforming. Company likes to try pawning the blame onto you, and naturally, the internet miraculously starts working better once you're on the phone with them, and maybe even for the rest of the day if you're lucky. And then they throddle you back down to nothing so that they're basically stealing from you by not giving you the service you're paying for. Often, the internet will be slow but semi-tolerable (only because there aren't any other options for internet here), and as soon as SpeedyQuick's office closes, the internet gets even worse. Considering it's like this almost daily, it's not a coincidence. They just know they won't be there to have to take calls. Even when internet speed shows 20 or 30, you're often only really getting like 1 or two, if that. These people are extortionists. Overcharging for terrible internet. Boise, you pay 110 bucks for 200mbps. Here, you pay 135 for 15, and you get a spotty 1-3. read more

I all of a sudden wasn't able to sign into my wife's email. I called Speedyquick twice and they told me that it was an Outlook problem as their system was working fine. It has nothing to do with Outlook. I used the exact same settings for my wife's email as I have on mine and I cannot get her connected. I am told the server isn't recognized. Ever since I got Speedyquick, it's been problem after problem. read more

We started with them in 2008 They have been wonderful A problem and they got it. They even went over the edge to help us with a switch to motorhome. So grateful to them all. Service guys get a 5 the office gets a 5+ I wouldn't go any where else Keep; up the good work read more

Andrew was my installer - very professional - did a great job. Happy to work with him. Service is great so far (first day). More expensive than one big point-to-point competitor but that companies product has been horrible for months in the evenings (over utilized). So counting on this service to be better... read more

Horrible customer service..We had limited internet for 9 days, first it was a equipment issue at their tower , Then it was faulty on our roof.. When I said I think there should be a adjustment in our billing it was oh well we can see there was activity during that period. What a bunch of scammers..ANYBODY but Speedy (no tso) Quick read more

Ahh Speedyquick, how do I loath thee. What a bunch of liars. Where do I start? Well, for one, the rate plans are a complete and utter lie. 10 mbps does NOT mean 10 mbps with them. It means they will allow you to watch video at 10 mbps. If you browse the web, then you're going to be throttled at 1-2 mbps. Second, and the most ridiculous lie is that they offer unlimited bandwidth. I guess they do in the sense that they won't charge you for extra bandwidth, but trust me, the bandwidth is absolutely capped. I know this because my Youtube videos will stop working and the bandwidth goes from 1 - 2 mbps down to around 750 kbps. Sometimes I've been able to circumvent the Youtube issues and their throttling of video streams by routing my traffic by a VPN, but once you hit their invisible cap, you're screwed until it resets. Stay away. Avoid them unless you have no other choice. read more

There is nothing Speedy or Quick about their service our internet was down 18 days and they gave me a $3.00 credit. The people in the office do not care about their costumers . All they care about is that they get you to sign a contract so watch out for these guys. read more

i have been a customer of speedyquick for many years due to the fact of where I live internet services are limited. for the most part they haven't been bad to work with unless you have a problem they need to solve then they just run you in circles. I recent had a problem logging on to one of my Email address the I have with them. I have several this is one that is not used very often. and my password suddenly will not work so I cannot access the email. I call into their tech support and they tell me I have to talk to customer support. and to call them at the same damn number. so I call back to the same number and customer service is only open M-F 8-5. so i call back to tech support again at the same number . the tech says the first one did not know CS was not open on weekend, so I said i just need my password reset they said they cannot do that only CS can on Monday. this is for security reasons which i understands so tell them i think they can just pick up there equipment Monday if i have to wait until Monday to have a password rest that should have not changed BUT they call me back about an half hour later and say to call them and they will reset my password. so i call back the number i was called with will not connect. so i call tech support back again for the third time and tell the third tech who left me a message and what he said. she checked on the information and took my information and stated to me that someone would call me right back to fix the password issue. that was sat. afternoon 3/8/14 this is sunday afternoon 3/9/14 and i am still waiting for the phone call. Me thinks i will just find another provider SPEEDYQUICK is NOT SPEEDY AT ANYTHING read more
