I ran into Aaron by accident taking my dog for a walk. I was talking a picture of the back of his van that had the phone number so I could call them and ask them questions. Aaron was sitting in the van and noticed me, rolled down his window and said hello. We started talking about my disappointment with my satellite Internet company that starts with an (H). Aaron said to me I guarantee I can fix your issue, followed me down to my house and proved it! On the spot I said, install it. I've been trying to get decent Internet for four years in this location, I can now stream numerous TVs and phones and no lag time when my little one plays online games. Not only am I happy with the service, but he walked out like part of the family. He was concerned and made sure that I got what I needed and delivered. I never asked him how much it was going to cost me to install it, I was shocked at how reasonable it was. And the monthly bill is less then I was paying with Caps and throttling back by the previous company. There are no caps and No throttling back. They come highly recommended from me!!!! Internet sometimes good, except when the wind is bad and the dish shifts. upload is always terrible. I use speedy quick just for reception where I live, so I don't expect or ask for much. Just access to my phone and occasional small streaming. However, getting someone out here to ajust my dish to get reception again takes 10 calls and complaints making me retest my speeds for them over and over, and now their local number is disconnected and 1-800 number is disconnected. Ridiculous service for the cost, and now a disconnected local number just about settles my frustrations with a service provider. Just about never have I tried to contact an established buisness like an internet provider and had their phone numbers disconnected. Looking into the website and online if they were bought out by another company provided no information. Not worth the hassle and cost, when I can pay t-mobile for a permanant Hotspot and pay 1/4th the cost for likely better service with a 5g antenna read more

Run don't walk away from these fools. I was so excited for the first 5 days,then the service went to hell and calls to tech support went without return, 6 emails went unanswered. This company has a fantastic product but such a absolutely horable management that cares zero for customer satisfaction. They will be quick to bill your credit card, but absolutely unwilling to send a tech to your house to fix the simple issue. Everyone there can't help you and management won't support the staff. Trash internet that is legitimately, often, worse than dial-up. Overpriced, underperforming. Company likes to try pawning the blame onto you, and naturally, the internet miraculously starts working better once you're on the phone with them, and maybe even for the rest of the day if you're lucky. And then they throddle you back down to nothing so that they're basically stealing from you by not giving you the service you're paying for. Often, the internet will be slow but semi-tolerable (only because there aren't any other options for internet here), and as soon as SpeedyQuick's office closes, the internet gets even worse. Considering it's like this almost daily, it's not a coincidence. They just know they won't be there to have to take calls. Even when internet speed shows 20 or 30, you're often only really getting like 1 or two, if that. These people are extortionists. Overcharging for terrible internet. This is one of the only internet service providers available in our area. We pay a lot of money for their (up to) 20 MB/s plan, but it is rare to get more than single-digit speed. The network goes down frequently, and is slow constantly. They simply cannot deliver what they offer. Whenever I have an online work or school meeting I use my phone's HotSpot instead of my WiFi because it is more reliable and faster. read more

I all of a sudden wasn't able to sign into my wife's email. I called Speedyquick twice and they told me that it was an Outlook problem as their system was working fine. It has nothing to do with Outlook. I used the exact same settings for my wife's email as I have on mine and I cannot get her connected. I am told the server isn't recognized. Ahh Speedyquick, how do I loath thee. What a bunch of liars. Where do I start? Well, for one, the rate plans are a complete and utter lie. 10 mbps does NOT mean 10 mbps with them. It means they will allow you to watch video at 10 mbps. If you browse the web, then you're going to be throttled at 1-2 mbps. Second, and the most ridiculous lie is that they offer unlimited bandwidth. I guess they do in the sense that they won't charge you for extra bandwidth, but trust me, the bandwidth is absolutely capped. I know this because my Youtube videos will stop working and the bandwidth goes from 1 - 2 mbps down to around 750 kbps. Sometimes I've been able to circumvent the Youtube issues and their throttling of video streams by routing my traffic by a VPN, but once you hit their invisible cap, you're screwed until it resets. Stay away. Avoid them unless you have no other choice. read more

i have been a customer of speedyquick for many years due to the fact of where I live internet services are limited. for the most part they haven't been bad to work with unless you have a problem they need to solve then they just run you in circles. I recent had a problem logging on to one of my Email address the I have with them. I have several this is one that is not used very often. and my password suddenly will not work so I cannot access the email. I call into their tech support and they tell me I have to talk to customer support. and to call them at the same damn number. so I call back to the same number and customer service is only open M-F 8-5. so i call back to tech support again at the same number . the tech says the first one did not know CS was not open on weekend, so I said i just need my password reset they said they cannot do that only CS can on Monday. this is for security reasons which i understands so tell them i think they can just pick up there equipment Monday if i have to wait until Monday to have a password rest that should have not changed BUT they call me back about an half hour later and say to call them and they will reset my password. so i call back the number i was called with will not connect. so i call tech support back again for the third time and tell the third tech who left me a message and what he said. she checked on the information and took my information and stated to me that someone would call me right back to fix the password issue. that was sat. afternoon 3/8/14 this is sunday afternoon 3/9/14 and i am still waiting for the phone call.
