We switched all of our phones from T-Mobile to Verizon in March and were told we'd receive an $800 credit per phone we returned, along with another promotional credit. We returned all phones within the first week, but as of July, we have not received any credits or reimbursement. Although we purchased the phones at a discounted rate, we were told that wouldn't affect the promotion. After calling Verizon multiple times, we were informed we should have received Visa gift cards and that the claim needed to be resubmitted. We did that, but we are still waiting months later with no resolution. The customer service at the store was great, but the follow-through on Verizon's end has been incredibly disappointing. I hope this gets resolved and that Verizon improves communication and consistency for future customers

No one within the Century Link Company is able to give me a straight answer or an intelligent explanation as to WHY service at our new residence still hasn't been established???? Obviously, it's because they SIMPLY CANNOT period. Obviously they do NOT provide service where I now reside. Why can't they just SAY this? Why can't they just give their customer a straight and honest answer???? Instead, they've been stringing me along for over 2 months now. Meanwhile, the TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT I DEPEND ON, remains in limbo. I've tried to PORT my phone number and Century Link ABSOLUTELY REFUSES accommodate this request. I have 5 pages of notes from the numerous calls I've made including the various dates and various names of different representatives that I've spoken to. BOTTOM LINE: The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing over there in "CENTURY LINK-LAND". What a sad and truly messy situation they must be in right now.
