Over the years improvements slowly but surely since 2018 had been my happiest and started my own personal family. Which since 2018 current working to better serve for justice for my family. When in courtroom with judges I do primarily use English to communicate, and at all other times when not in courtroom as well. You clear security on the ground floor and the guard directs you to the 2nd floor. You check-in, wait for your number to be called, then proceed to the appropriate window. You need to call to make an appointment as they don't take walk-ins. I had to wait 30+ days for the next available appointment (-1 star for the month long wait). Not sure if it's always that way or if it's just the year-end rush. Other than that, it's fairly efficient.

No sign, no business name, nothing to indicate I was in the right place. I double-checked the address and even walked around to see if I was missing something, but there was no visible indication that this facility operates as a DMV partner, or even exists. It's incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you're going to partner with the DMV and advertise services, at least have clear signage and consistent information. This is not just unprofessional, it's completely misleading. I now have to rearrange my schedule and start the search all over again. Avoid this location unless you enjoy showing up to nowhere.

Spoke with conar he basically stated to streamline everything smog the vehicle and then we can do everything else without issues since sometimes the smog is the hang up when cars cant pass , he advised regardless of smog outcome he can still hel he ran the rough numbers for fees and registration fees and yes it was fair compared to other places offering vin verification and registration services. Couldnt make it to smog the day we spoke due time constraints but smogged the vehicle next day and went to conar auto registration services and it was SMOOOTH great guy easy and best of all was done in leas than 30min got my plates and my tags title on the way and the rest of the day free with one less headache. Highly recommend this place for multiple services , simply call or email great communication.
