Instead of doing that we called up Conar Auto Registration to get help doing this. Mario, Carol, and Tony spent a huge amount of time on the phone with us through multiple phone calls listing every detail. They were happy to provide services to us so everything could be sorted and instead told us it was the dealer's responsibility to do this through DMV policy. After calling up the dealer and providing them the DMV requirements based on what Conar gave us detailed information on, the dealer then realized the mistakes they had made and went ahead and corrected them. Had it not been for the people at Conar referencing the policies *required* for the dealer to complete, we would have had great trouble getting our motorbikes registered. After this whole fiasco with our OHV dealer, Conar went an extra step and told us we don't owe them anything because they had only provided us with the information - information that was hugely valuable! Huge thanks to Conar. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend!

This is awful since we had to register her car and get tags which normally meant waiting for DMV, and letting the tow-yard suck your blood for a few days. The address and hours were clearly posted, and I made the trip expecting to handle important DMV business, only to arrive and find absolutely nothing. No sign, no business name, nothing to indicate I was in the right place. I double-checked the address and even walked around to see if I was missing something, but there was no visible indication that this facility operates as a DMV partner, or even exists. It's incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you're going to partner with the DMV and advertise services, at least have clear signage and consistent information. This is not just unprofessional, it's completely misleading. I now have to rearrange my schedule and start the search all over again. Avoid this location unless you enjoy showing up to nowhere.

Since then I have received $120 ticket for only having 1 plate (I moved from Philadelphia and was told by staff I am fine with 1), and received 2 letters from DMV stating that my car is no longer registered. Long story short I had to go back to DMV, wait in line, and pay again just to do what they didn't. Such a shame to rip off innocent people, but at least they are funny hahaha.
