If I can give this place 0 stars I would definitely would! Not only is the lady that works in the front RUDE she is as well a SCAMMER!! I wouldn't recommend anyone that goes to her for her business to double check her prices she says one thing and at the end try's to scam you for more! She didn't like the fact that I told her I'll call the DMV to get my REINSTATEMENT fee handled instead of her charging me x2 for her service just to pick up the stickers for the car! When on the phone to get a hold of the DMV she tells me she needs to call dmv now and that to hurry up because she is tired and wants to go home well I said I am also tired and want to go home too! she walked outside where I was standing and said just to make it clear you don't want me to do it right? I said no not the REINSTATEMENT I'll call and handle it instead of paying her the service fee I was just trying to pay for the stickers and leave well she RUDELY closed the door and flipped her sign to close when it was still 4:30 pm and she closes at 5pm! This place is amazing for any DMV registration related issues. So glad I found Cindy at MVD a couple years ago. Despite also having AAA, I still come here for registration help, especially when I have tricky situations that otherwise need to be done at the DMV. I've come by with out of state title transfers, vehicle inspections, and salvage title registration. Every time Cindy makes sure to provide all the forms up front and all I have to do is sign and she fills out and takes care of the rest. I had no clue where to start with getting a purchased salvage vehicle back on the road, but she made the process seamless. She also recommended great places for other services (like brake and lamp inspection) to help save me money. And her fees are very reasonable given the amount of time and headache she has saved me. My recent experience at MVD Services with CINDY was EXCEPTIONAL!! I can not tell you how kind, efficient, and professional she is! Such a life saver for me. Somehow my placard renewal never arrived via US POSTAL as it has the last few years. Despite my repeat efforts on line with the incompetent California DMV - what a nightmare! I was unable to get our state paid DMV employees to understand I just needed the replacement placard. DMV kept advising me I needed to "apply" for the placard. Nonsense! I had already completed that process when I originally applied 4 years ago! My disability didnt expire why would my placard? Anyways after doing some research on line because I cant go to a DMV Office and stand for hours I found MVD SERVICES in Sunnyvale. I called and spoke with Cindy who immediately advised she could help me. Once I got to her office she simply asked for my ID and a little additional info, completed the forms and WHAM! 24 Hrs. later I had my replacement placard!! Thank you so much Cindy! You are the best and I am sure anyone in need of your services will be SATISFIED! IF NOT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEM!! I had a horrible experience here. Trying to avoid a 3 hour wait at the Santa Clara DMV we came here to register my deceased grandmother's ford galaxie that was gifted to me from her estate. We are unfamiliar with the process of transferring a title of someone who died so we came here in hopes of finding some answers.. We did do a little bit of research online and discovered there are some legal and estate planning issues that needed to be resolved first before the title could be transferred properly, I guess.. By the way, we had the pink slip so no major issue or discrepancy there. We asked the Vietnamese lady who I guess is the owner, what the process is and how to get this taken care of legally and properly in a timely manner--since we needed to bring the car's registration current. Well, we were quoted a price of a little over $700 to get everything taken care of because those were the "fees" associated with transferring the title. I had a weird feeling in my gut and boy was I right. I asked the lady for a description of these fees to which she handed me a paper and I started to notice fees that didn't make sense "new title fee transfer fee sale receipt fee" etc so I told my husband let's think about it and go to DMV and get the right answer and the right prices for these things because I just didn't feel right. When I tried to take the Fake fee list this lady presented to me she quickly grabbed it out of my hands and said I couldn't have it..PROBABLY BECAUSE ITS A JANKY Photocopied scan of a bunch of fake fees and nonsense. Anyways, we went to DMV and waited a couple hours to be able to transfer the title and we were successful same day while able to register the car as well all for $140 TOTAL..THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! read more

I went to this place to do the registration for food truck, the due is $727 + $30 service + $14 for using the debit card to pay , she miscalculated 727 + 30 = 857 which is $100 extra I told her that she calculated wrong she said okay I'll change it, then she charged me $857.00 I noticed that later, and she said forgot to charge the debit card fee, and I gave the card to charge $ 14, than I have got notifications from bank that there is overdraft fee $70.00, than I found out that she charged me $ 100 extra, I went back to her and explained she returned $100 , showed her the overdraft fee of $70, but she doesn't care and never said SORRY for her mistake, she's very RUDE and Racist who never say sorry for their mistake. read more
