They want $50. Total unprofessional, total scam, AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY ARE NEW OWNERS, OLD OWNERS NOW ON EL CAMINO. MUCH BETTER, AVOID THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

it's a very terrible service, very rude people, you can get your car stickers renewal in another place where you can have it the same day and not have to wait for 3 days read more

I wish I had known about these services 20 years ago. It is way less painful than going to the DMV. No line, much friendlier service, and well worth the small additional spend. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. read more

MVD Registration Service - Registration Services Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Been coming to MVD for many, many years. Always helpful, my issues are always resolved. Thank you for good consistent service.

Cindy is very easy to work with and his gotten all of my things taken care of in the amount of time that she promises

If I can give this place 0 stars I would definitely would! Not only is the lady that works in the front RUDE she is as well a SCAMMER!! I wouldn't recommend anyone that goes to her for her business to double check her prices she says one thing and at the end try's to scam you for more! She didn't like the fact that I told her I'll call the DMV to get my REINSTATEMENT fee handled instead of her charging me x2 for her service just to pick up the stickers for the car! When on the phone to get a hold of the DMV she tells me she needs to call dmv now and that to hurry up because she is tired and wants to go home well I said I am also tired and want to go home too! she walked outside where I was standing and said just to make it clear you don't want me to do it right? I said no not the REINSTATEMENT I'll call and handle it instead of paying her the service fee I was just trying to pay for the stickers and leave well she RUDELY closed the door and flipped her sign to close when it was still 4:30 pm and she closes at 5pm! Well that was very rude I will not give her my business any longer ! She really needs to know how to treat her customers with respect!! Please reconsider going somewhere else it's not worth your time going here!! .POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .RUDE .SCAMMER read more

Cindy doesn't understand a word or english and can't speak properly and that on top of being RUDE. Yelling at people (potential customer) is not a god business practice. Charging way over the posted rates. read more

This place is amazing for any DMV registration related issues. So glad I found Cindy at MVD a couple years ago. Despite also having AAA, I still come here for registration help, especially when I have tricky situations that otherwise need to be done at the DMV. I've come by with out of state title transfers, vehicle inspections, and salvage title registration. Every time Cindy makes sure to provide all the forms up front and all I have to do is sign and she fills out and takes care of the rest. I had no clue where to start with getting a purchased salvage vehicle back on the road, but she made the process seamless. She also recommended great places for other services (like brake and lamp inspection) to help save me money. And her fees are very reasonable given the amount of time and headache she has saved me. All in all I definitely recommend going here! read more

Great service that is worth every penny! If you have plenty of spare time and don't mind getting aggravated waiting at the DMV for a car registration, go ahead. If your time/sanity is worth a reasonable fee to completely avoid all that drama entirely, this is the place for you! read more

I came in and was out the door with my new registration in hand in literally 5 minutes. Very friendly and kind staff, strongly recommend!

Real time saver... drop off forms and money... next day pickup the finished paperwork. Did cost me $65 for MVD to take care of change of ownership. read more

Good service. A bit expensive, but gets the job done (quickly and efficiently). The front desk is very helpful.

They're a rip off. For tags and transfer title they tried to charge $200! Not worth go somewhere else or go threw dmv!

Very convenient service. No more waiting at the dmv. Show up, drop off paperwork, pay dmv fees required, pick up tags later in the day. Worth the reasonable service fee without a doubt. Cindy knows all the details of dvm processes and quickly explains what i needed and how to get it. Will come back again. Very happy! read more

Honest and small business doing a great job servicing the community. Went there for renewing my Vehicle registration which expired before COVID. I wasn't able to go to DMV, I called in advance and explained my situation. The owner was very transparent and explained all the charges. I am very pleased and hope to do more business in the future read more

Cindy is so friendly and helpful. Always a quick visit and she's taken care of multiple DMV services for our family including, getting a handicap hanger for our car for my mother-in-law, registering our cars and changing titles for new cars. Why would anyone go to the DMV? This is a true gift of a service! I'll always return here. read more

Never deal with DMV lines, EVER again. MVD's staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. I go here for all my DMV needs and am happy to pay a small premium to not have to stand hours working with difficult DMV employees. 10/10! read more

My recent experience at MVD Services with CINDY was EXCEPTIONAL!! I can not tell you how kind, efficient, and professional she is! Such a life saver for me. Somehow my placard renewal never arrived via US POSTAL as it has the last few years. Despite my repeat efforts on line with the incompetent California DMV - what a nightmare! I was unable to get our state paid DMV employees to understand I just needed the replacement placard. DMV kept advising me I needed to "apply" for the placard. Nonsense! I had already completed that process when I originally applied 4 years ago! My disability didnt expire why would my placard? Anyways after doing some research on line because I cant go to a DMV Office and stand for hours I found MVD SERVICES in Sunnyvale. I called and spoke with Cindy who immediately advised she could help me. Once I got to her office she simply asked for my ID and a little additional info, completed the forms and WHAM! 24 Hrs. later I had my replacement placard!! Thank you so much Cindy! You are the best and I am sure anyone in need of your services will be SATISFIED! IF NOT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEM!! MVD Services and Cindy are an EXCELLENT example of efficient and professional services. Hard to find such experiences these days so take ALL your DMV needs here and avoid the pathetic CA DMV!! Thank you Cindy! read more

Great and worry free services in a timely manner with reasonable price. Cindy is super friendly, and to the point! Got my sticker and a smog check done (by referral from Cindy at the nearby shop) in 20mins!! The most efficient 20mins I spent for car stuff!! read more

if you don't want to wait at the DMV just come here, amazing time saver. i would definitely recommend.

I'm a busy man. I have no time to stand in line at the DMV. Luckily, Cindy provides the same services without waiting. I was in and out in less then my lunch break time. She was thorough with her explanation of services and fees. This means a lot to me considering I have no idea of the different processes. Thanks to her, I have a better understanding without having to stand in line for hours on end. read more

Bad service and they try to rob you please don't waste your time in going here I went for my dad to pay for his registration when I gave her the paper work to pull it up she said the total with her price was 176 I was like umm that's to much for what he owes 27$ she was over charging me more then 100 and something and saying that my dad owed 80 something her and her husband I told her never mind I have an appointment myself to go to the dmv yet to know all I had to pay was 27$ I will never go there again please find another place don't go here read more

Extremely rude and a terrible communicator who does not listen to her customers. She hung up on me purely because I was trying to figure out which upcoming days she could see me at noon instead of an inconvenient time because of work. Do not go here. People like this shouldn't be in the business of serving other people. read more

I had a horrible experience here. Trying to avoid a 3 hour wait at the Santa Clara DMV we came here to register my deceased grandmother's ford galaxie that was gifted to me from her estate. We are unfamiliar with the process of transferring a title of someone who died so we came here in hopes of finding some answers.. We did do a little bit of research online and discovered there are some legal and estate planning issues that needed to be resolved first before the title could be transferred properly, I guess.. By the way, we had the pink slip so no major issue or discrepancy there. We asked the Vietnamese lady who I guess is the owner, what the process is and how to get this taken care of legally and properly in a timely manner--since we needed to bring the car's registration current. Well, we were quoted a price of a little over $700 to get everything taken care of because those were the "fees" associated with transferring the title. I had a weird feeling in my gut and boy was I right. I asked the lady for a description of these fees to which she handed me a paper and I started to notice fees that didn't make sense "new title fee transfer fee sale receipt fee" etc so I told my husband let's think about it and go to DMV and get the right answer and the right prices for these things because I just didn't feel right. When I tried to take the Fake fee list this lady presented to me she quickly grabbed it out of my hands and said I couldn't have it..PROBABLY BECAUSE ITS A JANKY Photocopied scan of a bunch of fake fees and nonsense. Anyways, we went to DMV and waited a couple hours to be able to transfer the title and we were successful same day while able to register the car as well all for $140 TOTAL..THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! read more

Cindy is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me in and out with all my paperwork done very quickly. I'll never go to the dmv again.

Cindy and her team always provide excellent service. There's really no point in going to the DMV if MVD can do what you need.

I went to this place to do the registration for food truck, the due is $727 + $30 service + $14 for using the debit card to pay , she miscalculated 727 + 30 = 857 which is $100 extra I told her that she calculated wrong she said okay I'll change it, then she charged me $857.00 I noticed that later, and she said forgot to charge the debit card fee, and I gave the card to charge $ 14, than I have got notifications from bank that there is overdraft fee $70.00, than I found out that she charged me $ 100 extra, I went back to her and explained she returned $100 , showed her the overdraft fee of $70, but she doesn't care and never said SORRY for her mistake, she's very RUDE and Racist who never say sorry for their mistake. read more
