Instead of doing that we called up Conar Auto Registration to get help doing this. Mario, Carol, and Tony spent a huge amount of time on the phone with us through multiple phone calls listing every detail. They were happy to provide services to us so everything could be sorted and instead told us it was the dealer's responsibility to do this through DMV policy. After calling up the dealer and providing them the DMV requirements based on what Conar gave us detailed information on, the dealer then realized the mistakes they had made and went ahead and corrected them. Had it not been for the people at Conar referencing the policies *required* for the dealer to complete, we would have had great trouble getting our motorbikes registered. After this whole fiasco with our OHV dealer, Conar went an extra step and told us we don't owe them anything because they had only provided us with the information - information that was hugely valuable! Huge thanks to Conar. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Fast forward few months later, my clients needed insurance asap on a house that we submitted an offer for. Because of what's been happening in the insurance industry, it's always been a best practice of mine to get an insurance quote for my clients before going into contract. After going through my usual insurance person, all his carrier denied coverage for my clients due to 2 past claims on his rentals. I was in panic mode because were very close to getting our offer accepted but I needed to make sure my clients can get coverage otherwise going into contract and back out later would be a waste of time for everyone. At 8 something PM I contacted Tony hoping he can help my clients find even one carrier to approve. Tony was super responsive and quickly helped me right away. Mind you this is almost 9pm and he was up helping me find a carrier that would write a policy for my client. Put of the 10 carriers that he searched, 1 of them gave a 90% approval but we wouldn't know 100% until the next morning. The next morning I texted Tony super early asking him for updates. The carrier wanted to ask additional questions about the previous claims filed by my clients. After about an hour he came back with a 100% approval when my go to guy didn't have anyone that would write. I also contacted another insurance agent that was referred to me by my preferred lender partner and he didn't even try to run a quote and outright denied helping because to him, my clients filed to many claims in the past so he knows "for sure" that no one would insure him. Well, TONY PROVED YOU WRONG! When you work hard for your clients, anything is possible. Truly truly appreciate Tony for his diligence and hard work in getting my clients insured even with just one carrier.
