Wake-Up Call of a Lifetime…read more As someone who's spent years in the medical field as a nurse -- dedicating myself to caring for others -- I'll be the first to admit: I never really took care of my financial health. I didn't grow up with good financial habits, and I've never been someone who felt confident navigating money, retirement, or planning for the future. But getting Sunny involved was the turning point. This wasn't just financial advice -- this was a total mindset shift. Working with Sunny was a real wake-up call, in the best way. He helped me do what I had avoided for far too long: face the numbers -- and gain power over them. Together, we mapped out my retirement goals, created a plan for my daughter's 529 college fund, and broke down exactly how much I need to save and spend each month. For the first time, the fog cleared. The future became real, and possible. And here's the kicker -- I always thought I was overspending... but once we ran the numbers? Sunny told me I could actually splurge once in a while! Imagine that! For someone who thought financial planning meant restriction and fear, this was like breathing oxygen for the first time. Sunny isn't just knowledgeable -- he's relatable, caring, and deeply committed to helping people like me realize: I can do this. He didn't just build a plan. He helped me build belief. If you're on the fence -- don't wait like I did. I only wish I had started this at the beginning of my career. I could've avoided years of waste and guesswork. But now? I'm taking ownership of my financial future, and it feels incredible. If you're ready to stop living in the unknown and start building the life you deserve, talk to Sunny. He's the real deal. Highly, highly recommend

At the…read morebeginning when my husband and I switched to her 2 years ago, she was great - always available and helpful but now, she is the absolute worst agent I've ever had in my 20+ years of having insurance! She is never available, never picks up or returns calls and when she does she's like out running errands or something so she has no time to talk to you and when she finally returns a call, it takes about 2 weeks for her to do so! This was the final straw for us, we recently bought a new car and wanted to add it onto our policy. We called several times, left voice messages, and even emailed her ... no response back until 4 days later! And her stupid ass response was that she wasn't even our agent - mind you, we've been to her office several times, talked on the phone many many times, filed claims with her, dealt with her for over 2 years for her to say that! We recieve mail with her stupid ass names on it on a monthly basis, how are you not our agent?? Anyways, we've moved on and our new agent is amazing!!! Stay away from Trang unless you like being ghosted.

Fantastic! Quick, professional, hones! All the things you'd want in a tax professional…read more For the past few years, I had Rachel prepare our tax returns. She is quick in replying to emails, provides detailed explanations on every question we've had. Most importantly Rachel is HONEST. When we first started using Investy Financial Services, we scheduled a sit down, face to face session in the office. This year we simply emailed all documents to Rachel and allowed her to work her magic. If she has questions, she'll fire off an email to you asap. A few days later our return was ready for review. Rachel will still offer an in-person consultation if you feel you need to review your return with her. That's how flexible she is! She also gives helpful advice if any adjustments should be made to your finances. We've paid for a CPA firm that over-bills and under delivers. We've paid for someone who promises a huge refund. BIG MISTAKE on both examples. Rachel (and Ann) provide exceptional customer service and great financial expertise. I would absolutely recommended her services to family/friends and will be back again next year! Thank You Rachel and Ann !!
