The guard seemingly investigated each complaint and also evidently understood what I suspected, and did nothing, especially not remove this gentleman from our collective. I saw the man in question with my own eyes, who could not (OR would not?) deign to keep his eyelids lifted for his drivers license photo, whilst his pants fell down to his ankles because they were unsupported by a belt that hadn't been fastened around his waist. He also attempted to flirtatiously offer his place in the photo line (a slurred, "ladies first") to a woman who clearly was not attempting to have a drivers license photo taken, which I thought was rather chivalrous of him. He exercised a titans grip upon a paper Trader Joe's grocery bag, which I can only assume was loaded with cans of Simpler Times. All DMV employees allowed this man to renew his drivers license, exit the building, and presumably operate an automobile. He is truly an unchallenged champion who walks (and drives) amongst us. I am impressed. I knocked off a star because it took 5ever to renew my drivers license. I cannot for the life of me fathom what could possibly be bogging down this process.

Their appointments system had been down for several weeks so I requested time off from work to get this done and was not successful. I came to Car Registration Services and spent max. 10minutes here. I came in with my completed title transfer and paid $50 for their services ($50 On top of the DMV fees which was a great investment for my time). after those 10 minutes I walked out with my printed registration AND my registration sticker. I had a divorce with no property to divide or kids to fight over. Just a cat and some bean bags,…read morereally. So I figured I could save money and do it myself. Because me smart. I attended a self-help workshop--- it's great that they offer it--- but they can't really "help" you. I know that's in the name, but still. After a video I was instructed to fill out paperwork on a computer, and I quickly realized that I could be doing the same thing at home. Actually, home would be better, where I'd be able to use my phone, with access to the resources I needed (and didn't know I needed), plus comfy bean bags and a cat, at least for now. I finally used the website they suggested and managed to decipher the forms they gave me and managed to piece together a packet and I successfully filed. That's the easy part. Everything after that was confusing and unclear. Have a question? Nope, nobody will answer a phone. If they do, it's probably an accident, like maybe they knocked the phone off the cradle while cleaning tears off their tables. But if they do answer a phone they will not answer a question. You can go back to that long line, to get into a metal detector line, to get into a sign-up line, to get your name on a clipboard like I did three or four times, but still not get the answers you need. When I did manage to get an answer, they were sometimes contradictory or unclear. I finally filed for default in February 2019 (omg- the clerks are the worst) and my paperwork got rejected three times for the most minor of things, like one document saying "first name last name" and another saying "last name, first name" or for having a blank "__ of __ pages attached". Worse, it was impossible to check the status as I waited. It's like asking a girl at a bar to dance and it takes her two months to say no. Some of the workers are nice, and they obviously intend to "help" people, but I am sharing this with you in order to recommend an actual lawyer or other legal service rather than relying on people who give you forms with little instruction to fill out to give to people who reject the forms with little instruction. It wasn't until November 2019 that I paid some fee to some service and was referred to a lady who ended up fast tracking my divorce for a flat fee, and off the depressing and maddening legal hamster wheel. As of today, February 2020, I am single. If you're interested in a cat-owning divorcee with no property and two bean bags, hit me up. I promise you our divorce will be much easier than this one.

Instead of doing that we called up Conar Auto Registration to get help doing this. Mario, Carol, and Tony spent a huge amount of time on the phone with us through multiple phone calls listing every detail. They were happy to provide services to us so everything could be sorted and instead told us it was the dealer's responsibility to do this through DMV policy. After calling up the dealer and providing them the DMV requirements based on what Conar gave us detailed information on, the dealer then realized the mistakes they had made and went ahead and corrected them. Had it not been for the people at Conar referencing the policies *required* for the dealer to complete, we would have had great trouble getting our motorbikes registered. After this whole fiasco with our OHV dealer, Conar went an extra step and told us we don't owe them anything because they had only provided us with the information - information that was hugely valuable! Huge thanks to Conar. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend!
