Isn't that incredible?! I saved like 30 mins of my life. I waited comfortably in my car and did not have to suffer outside in the cold or wait in a physical queue. The website updates were realtime and I also got a message when it was my turn. And the DMV representative at the counter was really sweet- he asked me if I'd filled an application online, I hadn't(coz I did not know I had to) so he guided me about where I should go fill it up and head straight back to him(no extra wait). All of that seemed smooth and well managed until then. However, the photo queue was pretty long and it was weird and confusing because it was side-by-side another line, for a different purpose. It took me a while to get a picture done. I am pretty hopeful they'll improve the system here as well. The recent renovations and improvements and are definitely amazing! Overall, I had a good experience except for the one glitch which happened at the back-office probably- The expiration date on my new license is about 8 months before my document expiration(say X)... The DMV representative had mentioned to me in person it would be X (as expected) but it was vaguely my birthday. I'll update my review if they fix this.

My situation was fairly complicated and it took awhile to get it all sorted out. But in end I was quite surprised at how patient and flexible the staff was, and we got everything done. Lines were long even very early in the morning and was able to jump the line a little bit by doing a few things online, and it did take a few hours and going in a circle a bit (no fault of the staff working there). But in the end, all's well that ends well and it ended actually much better than expectations. No complaints.

Multiple people complained to the guard about an inebriated man whose pants kept falling down, but…read more*I* recognized him for what he really was; a deep state MK ultra plant designed to make you go home and take stock of your own life, and come to the realization that, "it's going to be okay." The guard seemingly investigated each complaint and also evidently understood what I suspected, and did nothing, especially not remove this gentleman from our collective. I saw the man in question with my own eyes, who could not (OR would not?) deign to keep his eyelids lifted for his drivers license photo, whilst his pants fell down to his ankles because they were unsupported by a belt that hadn't been fastened around his waist. He also attempted to flirtatiously offer his place in the photo line (a slurred, "ladies first") to a woman who clearly was not attempting to have a drivers license photo taken, which I thought was rather chivalrous of him. He exercised a titans grip upon a paper Trader Joe's grocery bag, which I can only assume was loaded with cans of Simpler Times. All DMV employees allowed this man to renew his drivers license, exit the building, and presumably operate an automobile. He is truly an unchallenged champion who walks (and drives) amongst us. I am impressed. I knocked off a star because it took 5ever to renew my drivers license. I cannot for the life of me fathom what could possibly be bogging down this process.

A lot of people who win you say, "I am going to the DMV, they usually follow up with a "good luck…read more"" That was not my experience today. I was helped by Julie Julie (E2) who is the most kind hearted person. I went in to renew my real ID. She helped me get everything situated. Not only did she go above and beyond but she made my DMV experience better. Patience is a virtue that she has. I am very happy with the DMV. I did not have an appointment and it was still pretty smooth.

Get a smog check before you go in for an even quicker experience. We left with new plates and stickers and didn't have to deal with the DMV. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Despite also having AAA, I still come here for registration help, especially when I have tricky situations that otherwise need to be done at the DMV. I've come by with out of state title transfers, vehicle inspections, and salvage title registration. Every time Cindy makes sure to provide all the forms up front and all I have to do is sign and she fills out and takes care of the rest. I had no clue where to start with getting a purchased salvage vehicle back on the road, but she made the process seamless. She also recommended great places for other services (like brake and lamp inspection) to help save me money. And her fees are very reasonable given the amount of time and headache she has saved me. All in all I definitely recommend going here!

This is the only USCIS location that I've ever been to for interviewing my green card and…read morecitizenship. I have a good experience here. In a normal circumstance, I'd say I recommend this location but you can't really choose so good luck. You can only come inside 15 minutes before your appointment. I always came 30 minutes early and wait in the car to be sure I won't late. There's a lot of parking too. You need to show them your appointment notice for them to let you in. The security guards are serious but polite. After going through security, you need to go to the check-in booth so that they can notify your interviewer that you're there. Then you would go wait in the waiting area. The waiting area is spacious and usually doesn't have many people. You'd probably wait about 15 minutes before the officer calls you in. If you come in for a citizenship interview and you pass the test, the officer will tell you to wait in the waiting area to receive more information regarding the oath ceremony appointment. The 2 officers that interviewed me for my green card and citizenship were very nice and friendly. They made the interviews less scary. Side note: if you need to reschedule your interview (citizenship interview in my case), call the number on the interview notice. A representative will send the request over to the local office. You'll get a confirmation email saying they'll honor your request to change the appointment. This means you don't have to go to the interview anymore. They might not schedule you a new interview date until the original one has passed so if this is the case, you can even attend the original interview date if you can make it.
