Hard to find but well worth it! Cost me $75 but I completely skipped the DMV line and even the difficult-to-get DMV appointments. Owner was able to see me right away and the entire out-of-state VIN inspection, vehicle registration and sales tax process were completed within 30 minutes. Completely worth it and 10/10 would use again next time I have vehicle registration needs. Pro tip: call and get exact directions to save time vs Google maps. read more

In and out in 15 minutes for my title transfer and tag renewal. Got a same-day sticker (costs a little extra, totally worth it). Shar, the owner, is the sweetest person , super professional, and made everything easy. Service is more affordable than most places. I'm definitely going back to her for renewals, transfers, and any other DMV services. read more

I was so fortunate to find Shar who was able to process the 3rd and last important document I needed in order to satisfy the DMV registration criteria prior to receiving a Registration. That was the VIN Verification. I had contacted another provider in the area but they wanted to see the MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) or basically your new car's birth certificate. Shar was easy to work with, very friendly, quick and the process was done within 20 min. She was so surprised to see what type of car I had and also the low mileage (less than 75 miles). Again, all I needed to do was show her my mileage of the vehicle, the 50 state emissions sticker usually located under the hood and that was basically it. She does all the paperwork for you on the spot. She then went back up to her office to print the paperwork and told me to follow her after 10 min. which I did. When I entered her office (#230), she showed me her license on the wall and then I paid her $25 in cash- easy money. I got my copies and off I went. I promised to give her a well-deserved 5 star review. When you pay her a visit, her parking for her office is off the Cecil Ave. next to the brand new warehouse-like building they just built. Park there, give her a call, and she'll come down the stairs to meet you. Her office is back upstairs on the left side of the building at the very end. I am thankful for her service in so many ways since it eliminated the hassle for me to try and setup an appointment with the DMV and then having to drive to one of their locations. For the amount I paid for this service, it was well worth it. She will even mail the DMV paperwork for you, but in my case, I just needed the VIN verfication document as I was going to send my paperwork in myself. I highly recommend her services if you buy a car out of state or bringing in a vehicle of any type that needs VIN Verification. read more

Used Shar for a VIN verification and was super easy, quick, efficient and super-nice! Will come back again for DMV needs.

My registration was due and with being pregnant and 90 degree weather I had no patience to wait in line at the DMV and deal with with crappy staff members that hate their job. I found this place on Yelp. I called to see if I had to make an appointment but the nice lady told me to just come in between 3-5. I was in and out within 15mins! I also received my sticker and registration the same day. The service fee was $29 aka convenience fee because it was so convenient and fast. I highly recommend this place to those who don't want to deal with the hassles of DMV. Thank you so much !!! read more

great service. Shar is very nice to work with and keep me updated with DMV's issues. Got license plate and title renewed on time.

This service was awesome. Navigating the California DMV is insane and having someone help get through it is a blessing. Their prices are totally reasonable and they get your new registration back to you in record time. No way could I organize an appointment with DMV with my busy schedule. This place was great and so friendly. read more

I didn't realize my car registration was overdue so I found this place on yelp. Shar was so helpful in processing my payment and documents that needed to be signed for the dmv. I was sooo relieved and left her office with my registration documents and sticker for my vehicle!! Shar is the most sweetest women and I highly recommend coming here to avoid the DMV line read more

Shara is very professional and helpful. She and her team effectively take away the pain of dealing with DMV. I am basing this on two times I needed her help. 1. DMV had screwed up - they didn't deliver our new registration on time. I got a parking ticket for expired registration. I had the option to waste more time pursuing the clowns at DMV or go through Shara's team. I did the latter. I just had to text my information and then go pick up the expedited registration (for a fee) on on a Saturday! 2. Today, I needed my lien free title to sell my car. We paid off the loan and the bank electronically notified the DMV about it. But, per the DMV process they will only mail the title out. I texted Shara to see if she could help expedite the process so that my sale isn't blocked. She offered to check the status of my title on Monday and also explained that I could proceed with the sale using R-262 form! This form is not available for printing on the internet because it's on some special paper. I asked her if she had it and she said yes. She was nice enough to make a trip to her office again on a Saturday to deliver those forms to me for no charge! read more

I messaged over half a dozen business listings on Yelp that offer DMV services and one replied back that they can not do it but referred me to Shar at Auto Registrar and I'm glad I did. Shar is very amiable and makes doing business a pleasure. I purchased a salvage car from a dealer that went out of business and after taking the day off work to wait in line for hours at the DMV they were not able to finish processing it. I did not want to wait in line all over again to deal with another DMV employee or be put on hold for hours to have someone tell me they are unsure what the next steps are. I've been driving around with expired tags for a few weeks and always on edge when I saw a cop. I hired a similar service that has a lot of reviews on Yelp to register a car from out of state about 2-3 years back and he did a great job but charged more then double Shar's rates and I had to drive to his office to pick up the tags. I called Shar and she said to mail everything to her, she received the package this past Friday and emailed me today (the following business day) with a copy of the new tags and notification that it'll be mailed out. All done from the comfort my office at the most competitive price. Can't get better then that folks read more

Shar was fantastic!! Explains the process as well as the fees and is very knowledgeable!! What a pleasure - I'd pay the convenience fee just to not be scowled at by a DMV worker!! Thank you Shar! I will be referring people here instead of DMV read more

Shar is amazing! When we moved here, she helped me register 2 cars (each already registered in 2 different states), and helped me retitle one of them that had both my daughter & I listed as owners ... and made it all easy. She was pleasant and informative and saved me multiple trips to the DMV... in fact, I never had to go there! She acquired my new registration and plates within a day or two. 100% worth it. read more

They have taken care of MY ongoing and relentless issues. Shar just dropped off my 2017 sticker. Serious. I said she dropped off my sticker. This isnt a service they offer; but they might come to you if it works for you both. I got personal issues.... you have no gauge of how much i appreciate that particular gesture. Listen: We are talking about 2 women that KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I dont. I hate the DMV. I have spent a lifetime waiting for my B-number to be called. DMV MAKES NO APOINTMENTS FOR REGGIE issues. Just B tickets and wait time, straight up. No more of that for me. But you have to realize something: THEY KEEP HARD TO PREDICT HOURS. AFTER ALL, THEY ARE AT DMV ALL DAY, AND YOU ARE NOT. STAY IN TOUCH BY PHONE TOOLS. and bring all needed documents REQUIRED to fight delay. Forget the the DMV. Come here. THANK YOU, LADIES. Love you Sean read more

Shar was a pure pleasure to work with! We had a complex registration for an out of state, used van/rv conversion, that had an open emissions recall. Shar helped us every step of the way and made it completely painless! Well worth the money and then some. Thank you Shar! read more

Great customer service. The place was closed on a Saturday and the owner specially came to office to help me on a Saturday. In addition, she explained there process well and answered all questions. If you from out of state and need to get your car registration and title change, this is THE place to come to. They charge you a nominal fee and it saves you the long wait at DMV. Totally worth it! read more

I was coming up to the deadline for registering a car I just bought and DMV appointments were too far out. Since I didn't have time to go stand in line for half a day, I decided to look for a registration service to take care of the DMV paperwork for me. This worked out great. For a small fee I avoided two half-days at the DMV (since it needed a 2nd trip once I got the SMOG certificate) and "Auto Registrar" took care of everything for me. read more

All I can say is Shar is amazing! I was in the middle of a crazy move from Washington, and had to reschedule my appointment twice. I felt horrible, but Shar bent over backwards to help me get my car licensed before my WA plates expired...going so far as to even deliver my new plates to my house because I couldn't take time off from my new job to meet her. 5-star++++ customer service! read more

I had a very good experience with registering my out of state car to a California plate. The whole process with Shar was quick and seamless. Shar is such a sweet lady. So much more time efficient coming here for my DMV registration. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Having this done at the DMV would have taken much longer. This takes the hassle out for a very reasonable fee. Thanks Shar! read more

I was registering my Dads car for him while he was in the hospital & I thought it would be difficult without having him there too. It was so easy & Char was so fast! By the time my lunch break was over I had the tags to the car! No lines to wait in either! Definitely a better choice than the DMV! read more
