Helen is extremely knowledgeable about the Apostille process and takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer your questions, and guide you through each step to make sure you have everything you need to obtain your certificate and stamp. I personally opted for her courier service, where she handles the trip to the California Secretary of State's office in Sacramento for an additional fee. I found her pricing to be very fair and reasonable, especially considering the convenience and peace of mind it provides. Her office is conveniently located on Main Street with plenty of parking, making the whole experience even easier. Let's support our local small businesses! This one is truly a gem, and I'm happy to recommend Helen to anyone who needs Apostille or Notary services.

They have taken care of all of my family's vehicles and all of the nuances in between. Not only did they help me accomplish all of my goals but they answered all of my questions and I am confident in their expertise. They have helped me sort out my vehicle registration when the DMV couldn't/refused and have since become an asset which I will continue using for all of my vehicles. They understand that I have multiple vehicles registered at different residences and my mailing address is different then the vehicle's registered address. I feel 100% confident that they will guide me and help me accomplish whatever goals I have related to vehicle title/registration issues. They also issue new vehicle license plates along with tags for new vehicles which is something the dealership I purchased my truck from did not do. I will recommend them to clients for my personal business for Notary services and for family/friends with vehicle questions/concerns.

IMHO We made an…read moreappointment. Do yourself a favor and do the same. I honestly don't know if making an appointment made that much of a difference timewise, but I'd rather have one than not. The parking lot is small. You'll most likely have to park on the street. When you first enter the building, you see a huge sign hanging from the ceiling that says, "ALL CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE A NUMBER TO BE SERVED". This is very confusing because they never tell you where and how to get that stupid number!!! We had an appointment but didn't know if we needed a number before or after we got in the "appointment line"! There is no designated employee situated at the front door to guide you. Hello Management, it would be so simple to have an employee inside the front door to guide your customers so that they aren't all standing around guessing where to go! Everyone who entered had that "deer in the headlights" look on their faces. Thankfully those customers waiting nearby were able to steer people to the right line. Eventually 30 minutes after we'd been issued a number, a security guard came by to usher those of us standing, outside to wait for our number to be called... as the waiting crowd around the door was a fire hazard. Thankfully, they broadcast the numbers via an outside speaker. Okay, if you come to this Fremont DMV, here is what to do. First, either enter the "non-appointment" line on the right against the wall, or the "appointment only" line on the left against the windows. If you've got an appointment, eventually an employee will ask for the time of your appointment and then issue you a number. If you're too early, you'll have to continue to wait in line. After you get your number, you wait again... We got our number at 10:33 for our 10:40 appointment. We weren't called to a window until 11:10. After the driver's license renewal, payment, and new picture taking, we were finally out of the DMV, at 11:22. I suppose it could've been worse. At least the employees were nice. Don't be afraid to ask questions when you enter. Otherwise, you might be wasting time in the wrong line!

Before heading in, I called to get some information and was lucky enough to speak with the owner, Felicia. Despite clearly being busy, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She didn't rush through the conversation at all--instead, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and with genuine care. From that initial phone call alone, I already had a good feeling about the place. When I arrived, Felicia greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. What I had expected to be a stressful ordeal was handled with such professionalism and efficiency that I left wondering why I hadn't come to Mrs. B's sooner. She took care of everything quickly, clearly explained what was being done, and never once made me feel like just another customer. Her attention to detail and personable nature made the entire process feel effortless. Felicia is truly a gem. It's rare these days to come across someone who not only understands what real customer service looks like but also lives and breathes it in how she runs her business. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps and takes pride in making their experience a positive one. Businesses like Mrs. B's are what give a town character--they're the kind of places you want to support and tell others about. Livermore is lucky to have this kind of service available, and I'll be handling all of my vehicle registrations here moving forward. If you're reading this and considering where to go for DMV services--stop searching. Do yourself a favor and go visit Mrs. B's. You won't regret it. Thank you again, Felicia, for making a frustrating situation not only manageable but actually enjoyable. Keep doing what you're doing--you've absolutely earned a loyal customer.
