I tried contacting both her and the company multiple times--if you're lucky, you might get a response, but then it's back to radio silence. Eventually, the insurance company (Steadily) removed this agency from their network. I'm just glad I never have to deal with this company again.

And one can understand that life happens but no response via email, phone or their AI assistant follow up request was absolutely terrible. And thus, this experience which included being completely ghosted has put me off from ever doing business with or recommending Gleetopia. I am even trying to see if I can get another insurance agent in case I need to renew my policy but would not want this company to make money off me.
