Since I started working with her I have bought and sold several vehicles, my cars needed work done (windshield crack replacement etc.) and as a first time home owner I had lot of questions (what is and is not covered, premiums and deductibles and so on) about my policies. The most amazing things about Kimberly are her excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help her customers. Whenever I need to reach out to her, she is either readily available, or she would call me back (if I leave a voice mail) or respond to my email within hours if not minutes. Also she is excellent in her subject matter expertise, it seems she always has the answers to my questions on top of her head. Overall I'm very happy with her being my agent, I'll highly recommend her for all of your insurance needs. Job well done Kimberly, keep up the good work!

Recently, there was a problem with how my policy was modified by Farmers due to business rules out of her control. This event ended up with Farmers adding almost $100 to my premium and then auto charging me this increased amount without my knowledge. When I spoke with Kimberly, I was irate. Kim stayed calm and she must have spent hours ( I don't know how many it took) on the phone over a 3 day period to clear this up and get a credit to my account. It is difficult to find this level of client care and service especially when your company is saying "no". I am so grateful to have met Kim and for her patience and perseverance with this issue. If you are looking for an insurance agent, look no further!

Rates through Farmers had recently increased, and I wanted to review the policy. I am not really sure that Randy still sells insurance as he does not return emails or voicemails. He also does not check in with clients to review anything about their policies. We will be quoting insurance with another broker since he is unable to stay in contact with his customers. He actually might not sell insurance anymore since he has been unreachable for nearly a year. Zach

Gilda is a great tax person, she is very plain and simple, as long as you have all of the Documents you need, she will be able to do your taxes. I had 2 dependents that were my siblings.
