My Mom would continuously have to come into the office to ask for an update on the refund and Patricia instead of doing her job prolonged it further and further until it got to the point where Patricia yelled at my Mom because of the amount of times my Mom had to come in to the office to ask about the status of the refund. This is obviously because YOU TAKE FOREVER ! Patricia, if you would have just done your job in the first place my Mom wouldn't have had to check in as often as she did on her refund.
