Even though her office is huge but that means nothing. Her rate is 1 star from us. So, I went to the next closest agent which is Nolly Ingua, 3900 Newpark Mall #205 in Newark., 510-441-6790. They had no problem doing this for me. It took less 5 minutes after pulling out our policy number and gave my verification of ID. They signed. Their office is small but very neat on 2nd floor.
