I was working with another agency, who assured me over the 2 months we were in contact that they would make it before my deadline. They did not. Let me just start and say I usually don't write reviews, but this was definitely a must. I was looking for an auto insurance for my new car and Jacky went beyond my expectations. Jacky was extremely helpful and patient with me, especially given that it was almost their closing time. I tried 5 different insurance companies, but some of them would not start my insurance that day and others were closed. So I was ready to give it up, until I saw this insurance company still open and it was 7:40pm on a Saturday. I called and Jacky was able to get me insured the same day. I've been loyal customer of this agency for 3 years and referred over 10 friends to it. Overall, I had only minor issues with them (like bumping premium every renewal), but mostly was able to resolve that by talking to them. The moment when I decided to switch to my company's provider and cancel my current policy, they change a lot. I was charged the cancellation fee which nobody really communicated to me at the moment of signing the contract. Of course, it was there in application among million of other words that nobody reads, but I believe you guys could tell me this before I signed or at least before I cancelled. When I asked, the way agent talked to me was like "we don't care anymore, your problem you didn't read the application page". I'm really disappointed honestly, and you won't get any new referral from me. read more

I am almost 2 years customer of this office. The prices in compare to other offices is high. Initially it was ok. But for each contract prolongation it raises. Each time they call and said this happen because the state raise of fee and other blahblah. I asked my coworkers and other people regarding that and nothing. Eddy didn't seem too bad. He was NEVER available when I called the office and NEVER called me when I asked to talk to him. The office people have no clue what they are doing. I talked to someone in the office to cancel and they said I was canceled, a month later I get an email saying I need to make a payment. So I had to call back to the office and I am hoping that they can do their job properly this time. I ended up going with State Farm and it has been a much better experience. read more
