I have been with this company for over 30 years. Lindsey Magana was my agent. I have never made a claim. And now they threatened to cancel my homeowners policy on my cabin ( due in December), and my home (paid through April). I have met EVERY DETAIL that they required and they still sent me a "non-renewal" notice. So I have contacted Annie at Wallis and Wallis and she got me the same coverage for much less money. I will never do business with this company again. There is NO customer loyalty and support. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. read more

I've got a lot of insurance. Too much to be honest. Please don't confuse this Integra office review with the employee benefits office. While I employ both as my insurance brokers, the client support is handled differently. I've used this Los Gatos office's services for many lines of coverage for both personal and commercial. This Integra did a wonderful job supporting me as I grew as an individual. They handled my multiple cars, a few properties, jewelry, workers comp, general liability, a rental property and etc. To be brutality honest, leaving this yelp review at 3 stars is fair but hurts me. Dependent upon the first letter of your last name will associate you to a service advisor. I've had "hit or miss" interactions with my two account managers. Most recently, a "back up" account manager helped me out in the absence of my assigned AM. She extended the time and care to produce a detailed report addressing my request. I love having someone as a broker who "deals with" the insurance agencies, but frankly, I've seen the level of support diminish over the years. It is for this reason that I share my experience. Specifically, we had an issue with one car's insurance dealing with a Mercury rep who was very rude (not just from our POV but also from Lexus Stevens creek). I asked for our contact to follow up and handle the issue - was never resolved nor addressed with us, the clients. I asked my wife whether or not our broker contacted her, and she honestly did not know. Enough said right? I recently purchased an exotic car. I asked my broker to compare her best quote to a quote I received from State Farm - sharing with her the PDFs. Her response was "make sure to compare apples to apples" and make a decision that's "best for me and my family". I sent integra's best offer to State Farm and received a detailed breakdown comparison line item compared to line item. This is the level of service I expect from a broker. I then before 4pm requested a cancellation of existing insurance and only received a response the following day due to my Integra contact at the other office following up with them. I asked specific details (eg exactly when I would receive my refund check and the exact amount) and received responses which never actually addressed my very specific questions Bottom line: great to have a broker to deal with insurance issues. Just wish I had a company that takes initiative versus needs babysitting. In anticipation to Ryan responding to this yelp review: this is honest feedback. Please accept as a humble client's honest feedback who has been with you since 2009 who wishes the best for you and your company. Moving from California to North Carolina, I was feeling a little overwhelmed with the process of purchasing auto and rental insurance, while taking care of a never-ending "to-do list." I found Integra through a search here on Yelp. To be honest, the 5 star reviews made me a little skeptical, but through the process they gave me no reason to dispute it. Claudia Rimes helped me set up home insurance through Mercury for our new home purchase then saved me about $400 a year by switching my car insurance over from Geico as well. She was helpful, responsive, insightful, and patient (when I needed several different quotes over the course of a couple weeks). I should disclose that they are pretty serious about monitoring Yelp and solicit reviews at the end of the process. That's not necessarily a bad thing; it helped them get my sale, after all.
