Recently needed to switch home insurance agents as Safeco was getting dropped by my previous agent. I found a number of agencies on Yelp and reached out to several. Guardus was the only one who responded to my request and also thoroughly answered each of my questions. This helped me make my final decision and move forward with them. The whole process was extremely quick and painless. Irene walked me through the transfer and also answered my questions responsively. I felt Guardus was professional and efficient. Looking forward to working with them more in the future as some of my other insurance policies near renewal. read more

So helpful and responsive. They gave me several options. Especially now in the changing insurance market it is so important to have an educated and informed broker. I highly recommend this agency. Not only did they help me but helped several of my real estate clients. read more

I couldn't be more satisfied. Irene gets a solid five stars in multiple categories: professionalism, listening and grasp of customer needs, intelligence and knowledge in her field, followup, super personable/friendly. At no point did I feel like I was being hustled or pressured - (as a rule of thumb that's a reliable sign that the products being offered are of high quality and good value.) My motorcycle is now insured - thanks Irene! Now let's talk about my car/house/etc... read more

We've been having some issues with getting a new policy when State Farm decided not to renew us for the audacity of actually filing a claim due to water damage. Who knew that using your insurance when you needed it, made you a pariah. Believe it or not, this action is legal according the CA insurance commission - I have a few less than kind words for them. We figured our premiums would go up, it never occurred to us that insurance companies have the right not to insure you at all. Anyway, during the frantic 6 week search for new insurance I contacted many direct insurance agencies and brokers. By the time I called Chris, we had 1 possible option and I was just doing my due diligence since I knew nothing about the company who was willing to issue us insurance. I told Chris that and he still put in the time and effort to look for an alternative, as well as gave us some assurances about the reputation of the company who gave us an offer. In the end, the offer I had was the best option, but I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer support that Guardus Insurance Services offers and would like to recommend them to others. read more

Chris Ajlouni and Lidia Gonzalez is one of the best when it comes to getting back to you with the information that you require. Getting quotes on new business and replying on existing business, they are on top of it. The customer service and the availability of the agents is one of the reason why my insurance business is with them. read more

Extremely educated in his field! He has so much compassion for each and every individual and makes strides to implement the correct product for their needs. He hooked me up with an indexed annuity and I've been making money ever since! I would highly suggest you set aside the time to have him walk you through your current policies and look closely at what can be improved. He will not steer you wrong. I recommend him whenever anyone has questions about their insurance needs. He's just the best! Not to mention the #1 rep! Who doesn't want to work with the best! Sincerely, Gina Cunningham read more

My husband and I have used Chris at Guardus Insurance for many years. We use him for both home and auto insurance. He recommended the best auto insurance company for families with teenage drivers; and even told us there was a perk if they maintained a certain GPA , there would be a discounted rate. This is something I would have never known on my own! The whole staff at Guardus is excellent and are always available to answer questions and send quotes very promptly. Over the years, Chris has been awesome at finding the right company with the best rates for us. Hey, it's a great feeling, when, at the end of the day, you realize you could save a few hundred $$$ with just a change in an insurance company, and you don't have to do any of the work! Chris, you and your staff are the best!! Highly recommend! read more

After more than 25 years with a name brand insurance service, I finally found someone who was a trusted friend of a friend of mine. This was the first time I could get the real truth about who is charging for what. I had Chris review my home, auto, and life policies, free of charge, and Chris not only saved me more than $100 per month, that's right!, over $100 per month on my total insurance costs, but he also updated a couple policies where I was actually under insured, and the cost was still lower! Because he is an insurance broker, he can research with big companies like Travelers, etc. I currently recommend Chris to all my friends. Why not?, his review is free and he can save you money? What's not to like about that??? read more

Thank you for saving me money on my car and umbrella insurance and for the excellent customer service!

Being a business owner, I understand that I need to have the right type of insurance with the right type of coverage. In addition to needing the right type of coverage for my specific business, I needed to find an Insurance Service who did not want to just have my business in order to make money off of me. I believe in all service industries, you are liable to help inform/educate your customers/clients on the type of service and products you offer that would benefit them in all ways. Unfortunately, I was under an Insurance Agency (who I will not mention) that did not educate me on the different types of coverages that would be a good fit for my Tax & Bookkeeping business. After a few years with this agency, I decided to look for assistance in finding the PERFECT policy that covers my business A through Z. I was referred to Chris Ajlouni, the owner of Guardus Insurance, through one of my tax clients. I am the the type of individual who does not like change too much, since I feel like changing services or products from one business to another is such a headache and time consuming. As a result, I am VERY happy I went against my typical ways and I set up a meeting with Chris to have him look over my current Business Insurance. Chris took the time to breakdown the policy and explain what it all meant and what it covered. I was shocked to hear that I was given such a basic policy that could have cost me so much financial difficulties if something had gone wrong in my business. Not only did Chris explain my current coverage, he went back and found the best policy that would fit my needs as an owner of a Tax & Bookkeeping business. Not only did he find me a policy with WAY BETTER coverage, but it was also around the same cost as my old basic policy. I was so happy with the service Guardus Insurance supplied me with that I even referred my brother and my father to go through Guardus Insurance and they ended up changing their Auto and Home Insurance for a lower cost AND better coverage. I will be confidently recommending Guardus Insurance to my friends, family members, and ALL my clients since I have so much faith that they will perform the same service to them! read more

I have been with Roy and Kathy at Guardus for almost 6 years. Kathy takes care of my home/auto needs. She searches for the best deals, keeps me updated and covered. She does it all and quickly becomes someone you trust and feel blessed to have her in your life. Roy takes care of all my life insurance needs, finding affordable and great coverage. He stays in touch on birthdays and annual reviews to be sure I have the best products out there. He returns all calls and makes himself available to his clients. He cares. It is this personal attention, the customer service, that sets the Guardus team apart from the other companies. read more

Chris helped me get great car insurance. AAA was gouging me because I had 2 points on my driving record. I went to Guardus Insurance Services and Chris set me up with a top rated insurance company at a big savings. Now I'm paying less and have better coverage! Chris is the owner of Guardus Insurance and insures all 4 of our cars along with 2 homes. He is a broker so not tied to any one carrier and works very hard to find the best rates with adequate coverage. His entire staff is very competent and helpful. I would highly recommend Guardus Insurance for all your personal and commercial insurance needs! read more

This review is for Roy Snarr who runs the life insurance side of Guardus. I have known Roy for several years. When I was writing insurance business, I worked very closely with Roy, and always found him to be thorough, genuine, and above all, a person of integrity. Now I am out of the game and Roy has helped me in finding insurance for myself. I especially like the fact that Roy is really good at helping people find insurance who are rejected by some insurance companies for health issues. Over-all I could not more highly recommend him, because he is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is genuine, kind, honest, compassionate, and above all, he knows the business of helping people apply for insurance like nobody else. read more

This review is based only on customer service, janess is horrible with member service, i was asking questions, on every single question she was answering with attitude. It does not matter, how bad your day it is you don't treat customers with attitude. I hope that lady starts treating people with courtesy. read more

Kathy has been so easy to work with! I had contacted another agency first, and their need for the most obscure information was so inconvenient. They took an hour to give me a quote, and then it was quite high. Kathy worked with my broker to get the info she needed and was able to get me a great price! read more
