Wake-Up Call of a Lifetime…read more As someone who's spent years in the medical field as a nurse -- dedicating myself to caring for others -- I'll be the first to admit: I never really took care of my financial health. I didn't grow up with good financial habits, and I've never been someone who felt confident navigating money, retirement, or planning for the future. But getting Sunny involved was the turning point. This wasn't just financial advice -- this was a total mindset shift. Working with Sunny was a real wake-up call, in the best way. He helped me do what I had avoided for far too long: face the numbers -- and gain power over them. Together, we mapped out my retirement goals, created a plan for my daughter's 529 college fund, and broke down exactly how much I need to save and spend each month. For the first time, the fog cleared. The future became real, and possible. And here's the kicker -- I always thought I was overspending... but once we ran the numbers? Sunny told me I could actually splurge once in a while! Imagine that! For someone who thought financial planning meant restriction and fear, this was like breathing oxygen for the first time. Sunny isn't just knowledgeable -- he's relatable, caring, and deeply committed to helping people like me realize: I can do this. He didn't just build a plan. He helped me build belief. If you're on the fence -- don't wait like I did. I only wish I had started this at the beginning of my career. I could've avoided years of waste and guesswork. But now? I'm taking ownership of my financial future, and it feels incredible. If you're ready to stop living in the unknown and start building the life you deserve, talk to Sunny. He's the real deal. Highly, highly recommend

They change your policy details without your knowledge or approval. They charge you for a renewal you did NOT approve and use your payment information on file quietly and after the money is taken from your account you come to know what they have done. When you request to talk to the owner she is very rude on the phone and has NO customer service skills. She will LIE to you on your face that you had approved the renewal. Only when threatened with legal action does she work to cancel the policy and give the refund. I am SHOCKED that Farmers has these kind of agents selling their policies. I came to them reading their reviews and now I realized they have somehow managed to get a high rating on google with potentially false reviews they have created with someone's help! Its incredible that they still exist!

I had a terrible experience with Sami (KIS Insurance)…read more In April, I requested to add a vehicle to one of my insurance policies. I was completely clear about which policy I wanted since I had two policies with the agency. Instead, Sami made unauthorized changes to my policies that I never requested. Because of this, I decided to cancel both policies. I asked Sami at least three different times by email to cancel both of them, but he ignored every single request. I was only able to cancel one policy myself. The other required the agent to process the cancellation, and despite my repeated requests, Sami refused to do it. At that point, I had no choice but to disable my automatic payments because it seemed like Sami was willing to keep charging me for a policy I had repeatedly asked him to cancel. Eventually, the last payment was declined because I had turned off autopay. Now, I have received a collection notice from the insurance company for a balance that exists solely because of the terrible service and negligence I experienced from KIS Insurance--and especially from Sami. I would never recommend this agency. If you work with them, keep copies of every email and carefully monitor your policies.

When it came time to buy another policy I couldn't bare to give my business to a so-so agent, where every question I had felt like pulling teeth. When you're paying thousands of dollars for life insurance, you want to know that the person who's handling your policies knows the business inside and out so that you're getting security that's the right fit for your family. I shouldn't have to explain to an agent why I want to backdate a new policy by a few months right?! So I jumped on trusty Yelp and found Jonathan. From the first phone call, I knew Jonathan was it - he's super professional and knows his stuff. He listens to what we want, doesn't oversell, and is a genuinely nice and personable guy to deal with. I'd give him an extra star if I could for his willingness to drive an hour away to where we live with zero hesitation and a smile on his face. If something horrible happens to our family, I want to know my life insurance agent is going to go the extra mile to be professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personable AND communicate well to make sure my family understands our life insurance benefits. I trust Jonathan to be that person for our family. I highly recommend Jonathan for all of your life insurance needs!
