PDI settled a large claim against our HOA without our concurrence that will increase our future premiums. It was a bogus claim! We moved to Farmers! Get your insurance somewhere else.

On May 10th I decided to go with another company for my auto insurance because I got a better deal. Called the office and spoke with the agent and requested that my policy be canceled and was told sorry you need to send something to us in a written form to cancel your policy with a backup of either you sold your car or the other insurance company you have gone with. So calling you and giving you my information like my policy number and my request to cancel is not good enough for them. Well I never did send them a written document. Months later I get a letter from a collection office for an overdue bill from this agent. Little to say this set me off. I don't think I have had an insurance company put you into collection, normally if you don't make a payment they drop you and cancel your policy. I called the office to have them explain to me why this was done once again I was requested to put in a written format and mail to them my request to cancel my policy and provide information if I went with another company or if I sold my car. When does an insurance company become this involved with your life? This is like trying to get a damn divorce. I suggest you look for another company with better customer service and better rates.

The other insurance agencies quoted high, were persistent, and didn't explain the costs and/or what I needed. Kelly really broke down the cost for me, answered all of my questions extremely quickly, and the rate was GREAT! About six months into driving my new car, I got rear ended. Kelly was quick to contact me regarding the steps I needed to take, and provide a list of shops that could fix my car. I didn't pay a thing, and my car was fixed within a few days!
