I contacted Jennifer as a new investment property owner in search of a landlord homeowners policy…read more While I had educated myself as much as possible beforehand, Jennifer was extremely gracious with her time and answered every question I could think of without protest or complaint. As I was under a time crunch to get a policy in place, Jennifer worked to turn my request into a binding policy in less than 48 hours, at times working after hours and between clients to do so. Extremely professional, well-experienced, reachable whenever I had a question, friendly, and obviously quick and efficient, I would recommend Jennifer without reservation for anyone looking not just for a broker, but an actual advocate on their behalf.

I was really dreading the insurance process because I knew it would be expensive and in all honesty I had no idea what to look for. I received 4-5 quotes total. Kelly really broke down the cost for me, answered all of my questions extremely quickly, and the rate was GREAT! About six months into driving my new car, I got rear ended. Kelly was quick to contact me regarding the steps I needed to take, and provide a list of shops that could fix my car. I didn't pay a thing, and my car was fixed within a few days! Over an extended period, missed deadlines, incomplete documentation, poor communication, and a lack of follow-through ended up costing my business thousands of dollars. It also appeared that he spent very limited time in the office, making it difficult to get timely responses or resolve issues when they arose. In my experience, personal matters also seemed to impact the overall performance and responsiveness of the agency. As a business owner, I expect an insurance agent to be proactive, organized, and dependable, especially when handling commercial insurance. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. There are several insurance agencies in the Morgan Hill area. If you're looking for a professional partner who communicates well and stays on top of important deadlines, I would recommend exploring your options carefully.
