Fast forward few months later, my clients needed insurance asap on a house that we submitted an offer for. Because of what's been happening in the insurance industry, it's always been a best practice of mine to get an insurance quote for my clients before going into contract. After going through my usual insurance person, all his carrier denied coverage for my clients due to 2 past claims on his rentals. I was in panic mode because were very close to getting our offer accepted but I needed to make sure my clients can get coverage otherwise going into contract and back out later would be a waste of time for everyone. At 8 something PM I contacted Tony hoping he can help my clients find even one carrier to approve. Tony was super responsive and quickly helped me right away. Mind you this is almost 9pm and he was up helping me find a carrier that would write a policy for my client. Put of the 10 carriers that he searched, 1 of them gave a 90% approval but we wouldn't know 100% until the next morning. The next morning I texted Tony super early asking him for updates. The carrier wanted to ask additional questions about the previous claims filed by my clients. After about an hour he came back with a 100% approval when my go to guy didn't have anyone that would write. I also contacted another insurance agent that was referred to me by my preferred lender partner and he didn't even try to run a quote and outright denied helping because to him, my clients filed to many claims in the past so he knows "for sure" that no one would insure him. Well, TONY PROVED YOU WRONG! When you work hard for your clients, anything is possible. Truly truly appreciate Tony for his diligence and hard work in getting my clients insured even with just one carrier. Do not recommend using this agent…read more Sloppy, no attention to detail and requires constant follow-up: My husband's last name was listed 3 different ways across policies. Every time I saw an error, I'd asked to have it corrected. The new agent did an audit and he still found one instance where my husband's name was incorrect. After we moved, I asked FOUR times for the address on our umbrella policy to be updated, and nearly a year and a half later, it still wasn't done. Inaccurate quotes: We were given a quote for our umbrella policy renewal, and then were charged a premium that was 2.5x that. When questioned, the office gave a reason that still didn't mathematically add up. The new agent confirmed that the quote provided was incorrect and gave a clearer explanation of the cost drivers. Zero assistance with claims: I expected a partner to talk through potential claims, and this office just directed me to call the 1-800 number and gave me absolutely no support in the claims process. They also didn't explain that a homeowners claim would be on our record even if nothing was paid out as a result. I finally transferred my policies to a new State Farm agent and the difference is night and day.

I didn't ask for it, and new what the general outcome would be, but this proactivity surprised me! It's nice to know what the changes would be with a summary of the exact amount. As I understand, an at-fault parking lot incident would be 1 point. More than two years have passed with a clean record as well as mileage that decreased to 1/10 (if not even less) in the past 8 months. I had no significant increases until this year. I also checked with friends and family with State Farm in California, and they had approximately 17% - 22% increases (which CA approved), not an 82% increase! This is unique to their agency. They are stating that s previously stating that "2 full years have passed since 11/19/2022. A clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or violations is a 0 or SR. Because of this at-fault accident your driver rating should be a 6, but 2 years passed, meaning your driver record is currently now a 4." State Farm billing states that "For every 12 months since the renewal following the occurrence of a chargeable accident or the conviction of a minor violation, the initial assigned Driver Record Level for that chargeable accident or conviction shall be lowered by 1 level." This agency is stating "Every 12-month period, your driver record would decrease by 1 point, meaning this incident will be on your driver record for 4 more years." In the state of CA, at-fault minor parking lot incident is 1 point and is on record for 3 years. This was not a traffic violation or other serious infraction that would result in a 6 rating or longer lasting record. It does not make sense that they JUST decided to raise my payments by 92% after more than two years of a clean record when I am in year 3 and back to a 0 rating. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I have obtained four 6-month quotes with other reputable auto insurers with my record that are within $250 of my previous $1257 6-month rate and will no longer do business with Rachel Bhan.

I have completed the process one other time at a UPS store and the price difference was like $20! When I saw Long, it was my first time completing the process, so I was pretty clueless with the information I needed to put on the form. He was very patient and helpful. Fortunately, the organization I was doing the Live Scan for has had others use him for the service, so he was able to obtain the information needed from other forms. He was professional, friendly and efficient. The other great thing about him is that he is open until 7p AND open on Saturday mornings. Other Live Scan places close at 4 or 5, making it hard to get to! He is cash only, but there is an ATM inside the store his office is located in, if you don't have any cash on you. It's well worth the cheaper price for the service!
