Excellent service and knowledge of insurance products! They have been my insurance agents for a few different policies (home, auto, etc) for a few years. Initially, I chose them only because they found me the lowest cost for all my insurance policies combined (through Mercury). I had shopped around a lot - Geico, Progressive, AAA, AllState, StateFarm, Travelers, etc. They moved very fast, when I called close to their closing time, because I needed to have my home insurance active the next day for mortgage underwriting. Insurance premiums vary for everyone and they are not going to be the cheapest for everyone. But, I would happily remain with them even if the companies they represent happen to be slightly more expensive, because they really understand insurance products and can explain every fine print to me (like "nonbuilding structures" coverage). I have not found such knowledgeable answers in any other insurance office. This appears to be a family business that has been around for decades. So you are not talking to someone who has been on the job for a few months and is reading off the insurance marketing materials. Communication, over phone and email, are excellent. However, the companies they represent have barebones online account access. I don't think you can get online quotes. That's why they have insurance agencies like this one to represent them. It is a bit of a work to get the insurance policy going - have to fax or mail things over. But, once the policies are setup, renewal is easy. read more

Brett is very unprofessional. He wanted my dad to call him because he needed to answer some questions about the property. My dad is almost 75 years old, in bad health and doesnt remember things too well. Dad forgot to call Brett twice. Big deal. The guy is OLD. Brett Dragged us on for a week because brett was too busy and only has limited time to talk to customers. Now brett won't write him a policy. 2 days before our other insurance cancels. HORRIBLE ! Stay away. This guy will sell you a policy and then disappear. Don't trust him with the most important decision in your life. Too busy my ass. read more

My husband has been with Complete Insurance since getting his very first auto insurance policy 25 years ago at the age of 17. CIS was able to give him a better price for a male teenage driver than he would have paid being added to his parent's policy. After we married I joined the policy. Over the years we checked prices with other companies, just out of due diligence. After speaking to a USAA rep who said, "That is an amazing price. We could never match it." we stopped checking. We've always been contacted by someone from CIS if a better price or policy comes available, without us even asking. Over the years they helped us get a homeowners policy when we bought a house, they helped us deal with the insurance company after a fender bender, they helped us convert our homeowners policy into a Fire/ Dwelling policy when we turned the house into a rental, and they supplied us with a renters policy when we had to move for a job. I admit, I enjoy chatting with Clare, and probably tie her up for too long when I call. I've worked with all three of them through the years, Chris, Brett and Clare. (And we miss Julie, not because I worked with her often but just because she is/ was part of the team.) They are always responsive both via phone and email. They are so easy to work with. We've been with the Franceshcini family at Complete Insurance Services through our car purchases and losses, through buying a home, we've shared the information about the birth of our children, and I love getting a Christmas card from them every year. I came across this place after I got fed up with Anchor General raising my premiums every month. They were able to find me a great deal with Travelers, saving me almost $80 per month, plus way better coverage than what I use to have. We switched to Complete Insurance because our previous insurance company that we had used for 10yrs. was inapt (well the insurance agent was very hard to reach and didn't respond to my needs over and over again. I couldn't even transfer to a different agent). We are very busy so we did not switch. But I finally had it and dropped that company. After searching for a while, we decided to try Complete Insurance. They were so nice and always answered my questions--either phone or email. They are on top of things! We had moved since we started with them but we are not changing our agent because they are good! They have called me to inform me of coverage changes, new coverage that is offered, or and for follow up with claims. I appreciate the time they take to review my policy during yearly renewal. I decided to get out from Farmers insurance in 2014 when the rates kept increasing and I had a bad claim experience. I picked a few insurance brokers for new quotes and ended up with CIS. My contact was mainly with Brett and occasionally Clare. They were very knowledgeable on the insurance products, were polite and very responsive with their replies.
