I have been with Complete Insurance Agency for 30+ years. Brett Franceschini and his family, have looked after me and mine; for auto, business and workers comp and any other insurance needs I have thought of. They are on top of my renewals, they have looked out for how to save money while also making sure I am covered. In a direct to consumer environment and during a mass insurance California exodus, I would still call Brett first! read more

Brett is very unprofessional. He wanted my dad to call him because he needed to answer some questions about the property. My dad is almost 75 years old, in bad health and doesnt remember things too well. Dad forgot to call Brett twice. Big deal. The guy is OLD. Brett Dragged us on for a week because brett was too busy and only has limited time to talk to customers. Now brett won't write him a policy. 2 days before our other insurance cancels. HORRIBLE ! Stay away. This guy will sell you a policy and then disappear. Don't trust him with the most important decision in your life. Too busy my ass. read more

Stopping by to update my older review. CIS was so helpful to me when I first moved to California and that has remained the case over the years. I've consistently worked with Clare, who is always highly responsive, caring, and thoughtful. I still recommend CIS to anyone who is looking for a more personal touch with their insurance needs. read more

We have been working with Brett for the last 10+ years through multiple policies. He is professional, extremely proactive and competent. We trust him immensely and feel we are in good hands with his recommendations. read more

Excellent service and knowledge of insurance products! They have been my insurance agents for a few different policies (home, auto, etc) for a few years. Initially, I chose them only because they found me the lowest cost for all my insurance policies combined (through Mercury). I had shopped around a lot - Geico, Progressive, AAA, AllState, StateFarm, Travelers, etc. They moved very fast, when I called close to their closing time, because I needed to have my home insurance active the next day for mortgage underwriting. Insurance premiums vary for everyone and they are not going to be the cheapest for everyone. But, I would happily remain with them even if the companies they represent happen to be slightly more expensive, because they really understand insurance products and can explain every fine print to me (like "nonbuilding structures" coverage). I have not found such knowledgeable answers in any other insurance office. This appears to be a family business that has been around for decades. So you are not talking to someone who has been on the job for a few months and is reading off the insurance marketing materials. Communication, over phone and email, are excellent. However, the companies they represent have barebones online account access. I don't think you can get online quotes. That's why they have insurance agencies like this one to represent them. It is a bit of a work to get the insurance policy going - have to fax or mail things over. But, once the policies are setup, renewal is easy. read more

I have been with them for almost 20 years. They are family owned and take the time to make sure you get the best deal and what is best for your family. I highly recommend them. read more

My husband has been with Complete Insurance since getting his very first auto insurance policy 25 years ago at the age of 17. CIS was able to give him a better price for a male teenage driver than he would have paid being added to his parent's policy. After we married I joined the policy. Over the years we checked prices with other companies, just out of due diligence. After speaking to a USAA rep who said, "That is an amazing price. We could never match it." we stopped checking. We've always been contacted by someone from CIS if a better price or policy comes available, without us even asking. Over the years they helped us get a homeowners policy when we bought a house, they helped us deal with the insurance company after a fender bender, they helped us convert our homeowners policy into a Fire/ Dwelling policy when we turned the house into a rental, and they supplied us with a renters policy when we had to move for a job. I admit, I enjoy chatting with Clare, and probably tie her up for too long when I call. I've worked with all three of them through the years, Chris, Brett and Clare. (And we miss Julie, not because I worked with her often but just because she is/ was part of the team.) They are always responsive both via phone and email. They are so easy to work with. We've been with the Franceshcini family at Complete Insurance Services through our car purchases and losses, through buying a home, we've shared the information about the birth of our children, and I love getting a Christmas card from them every year. They are like extended family. We trust them completely. read more

Brett and CIS have supported my company with all of our insurance needs for more than 10 years. We initially reached out to them based on a recommendation from another business owner, and we have never looked back. What a great decision! While we have changed our other service providers as our company has grown, we have always stayed with CIS. The level of service they have provided us, from helping us decipher coverages to putting together last-minute certificates of insurance for our customers, has been unbelievable. I simply could not run my business without these guys. read more

Amazing mom and pop place for insurance. I needed renters insurance and they hooked me up in 1 day. The staff is very friendly and I like that they don't push things on you that you don't need. I highly recommend coming here. read more

Worst customer service ever. I called asking for a quote, gave them all my current insurance information and NEVER received a callback. After a week I call again and left a message. Two weeks later, still call was not returned. read more

I rarely write reviews but I just have to in this case. Complete Insurance Service has been my go to for all my insurance needs since I was able to drive a car some twenty years ago. I relocated to Santa Cruz fourteen years ago and I still use them - that should tell you something. I absolutely love the service I get from Clare; prompt, professional, and polite. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks for all the hard work! read more

Complete Insurance Service acts as a partner and adviser, and still they are so warm and friendly they feel like family when you're talking with them. They've helped me get the best priced insurance every time and make the process insanely easy - You can't find that kind of service practically any where any more. read more

I was referred to Complete ins services by a close friend and a colleague. Its been now close to 10 years, I have a fairly complex package of policies that are inter-twined, and kept accurate at any given time. Being a family owned biz, Brett and his team are Top Notch. They research options, and find policies to fit your needs, and take pains to explain policy coverage in great detail, without pressure tactics. They are courteous, quick to respond, and always there to provide sound advice. I highly recommend this small team of professionals who have decades of experience in the Insurance business. Its been a pleasure working with them and I feel 'covered' and 'safe' knowing I work with the folks at Complete insurance services. read more

Complete Insurance has been insurance company for over 10 years (auto and renter's) and I've always been completely happy with everyone I've worked with. Brett is quick to respond and very careful to explain everything in the policy and any changes. It's a small business and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Claire who usually answers the phone is always kind and if she doesn't know an answer is quick to research it, Chris is just as knowledgeable and helpful as his brother. I've referred others and had my husband switch over to Complete Insurance, too! read more

I came across this place after I got fed up with Anchor General raising my premiums every month. They were able to find me a great deal with Travelers, saving me almost $80 per month, plus way better coverage than what I use to have. Great people to work with, and really knowledgeable about their field of work. They even took the time to go out of their way and got me a $10 gift card for Petes coffee just because I had to go back again the next day to finish up some paper work. They really care about their costumers. read more

Great experience signing up. Excellent ongoing service. Truly a team of professionals. They noticed rate changes and reached out to look at options. Who does that? Nice to have thoughtful pros actively managing my account, so I can do other things. Happy to recommend. read more

We switched to Complete Insurance because our previous insurance company that we had used for 10yrs. was inapt (well the insurance agent was very hard to reach and didn't respond to my needs over and over again. I couldn't even transfer to a different agent). We are very busy so we did not switch. But I finally had it and dropped that company. After searching for a while, we decided to try Complete Insurance. They were so nice and always answered my questions--either phone or email. They are on top of things! We had moved since we started with them but we are not changing our agent because they are good! I like the family owned atmosphere because they actually talk to one another (our old one was a large insurance company)! read more

Brett, the former owner's son, has approximately 25 years of experience and has taken over the business and runs this establishment with the rest of his family. Because this is a family owned and operated business, they take great care in giving very personalized service and make certain customer satisfaction is met to the highest of standards. read more

This review is long overdue. Complete insurance has been our agents for 10+ years. Brett, Clare and Chris are excellent people to work with and go out of their way for great service. They have called me to inform me of coverage changes, new coverage that is offered, or and for follow up with claims. I appreciate the time they take to review my policy during yearly renewal. We've also moved and they handled all the insurance paperwork for the mortgage company to make sure everything was accurate. I can't recommend them enough. read more

I have been with complete insurance company for 30 years. I can't imagine being anywhere else . Always so friendly and so helpful, they feel like family. It's always welcoming to call and have someone actually know who you are by name. Such great great people, I really appreciate them. read more

I decided to get out from Farmers insurance in 2014 when the rates kept increasing and I had a bad claim experience. I picked a few insurance brokers for new quotes and ended up with CIS. My contact was mainly with Brett and occasionally Clare. They were very knowledgeable on the insurance products, were polite and very responsive with their replies. The quotes from Mercury Insurance were also extremely competitive. Two years later, i am still staying with them. read more
