I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to interact with Tina in person, but over email she was extremely kind, helpful and answered my question with detail and urgency. However, that is not why I am dropping by to leave a 5 star rating. Andrew, one of Tina's associates, is the most kind and helpful person I have met and it the antithesis of what people usually expect when dealing with insurance agents. He spent a lot of time educating me on the different terms in the insurance package and allowed me to intelligently customize the insurance to suit my needs. Andrew is also very helpful when I got my first accident, which unfortunately was on the first day of driving my newly purchased car. He was there to talk me through the process immediately after the incident, to follow up on how I should file a claim and also to give me updates on how the claim is progressing. Although the claim has not yet been settled, Andrew's efforts to ensure transparency and outline a plan of action has been monumental towards minimizing the accident's impact on my daily life. And for that is why I leave my 5 star rating. I value and will continue to use their service. read more

Tina, 3000miles per year? That was a false statement. You are the one that I signed up for in your office you did not tell me that and I still have our agreement. I could've sue your company for being a fraud!!..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!!! read more

UPDATED: 2/27/2019. Everything that you needed to know was told to the contractor. The professional contractor stated adamantly that he never dealt with an insurance company that wanted to talk directly to the homeowner so incessantly. The only logical reason from our point of view would be that you were trying to find 'fault' in our proper claim. In any case, it was quicker and easier to handle it as an out-of-pocket expense than to deal with your office. State Farm used to have these commercial that ends with a song: "Like a good neighbor, StateFarm is there..." Well, YOU weren't 'THERE' for us when we needed ya!! Folks, we all get insurance for that safetynet. If they treat an extremely long-standing customer like they did then god help us all when we need this State Farm agent for some once-in-a-lifetime-catastrophic event. Sadly, I wouldn't want to even think about it... read more

As I'm desperately looking for an health insurance, someone referred me to try State Farm for the first time. Of course I have heard of State Farm from their hilarious and interesting ad on TV with Stephen Curry!! Let me just clarify that this stuff is not my forte, I just want to find a good one and not stress about it. Tina was the agent that helped me. And wow her office is so clean and comfortable. I was so impressed with how it looks. I felt comfortable the whole time, I needed a lot of clarification on what is best for me as a college student. Overall, I felt well informed about what she can offer and did not feel pressured at all from her. I highly suggest you come in for a quote like I did. They have plenty of parking and several agents working in the same office as her. They were all welcoming and polite. read more

Tina and her team are the best in the industry! Whenever I have a question(s) pertaining to any of my policies with StateFarm, I send her an email and get a professional response within minutes... Typically you may hear back from an agent within 12 to 24 hours? Not with Tina or her team. They are amazingly fast, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for any of your insurance (auto, health, home, umbrella, etc.) needs. read more

My State Farm agent Susan Chang retired and was switched over to Tina Choi. I decided to do an overview for my current life insurance plan. I had one from another insurance company but after Tina sat down with me and reviewed other options that would be more beneficial and provided the right amount of coverage I decided to sign up and cancel my old policy with the other insurance company. Tina's exemplify what customer service is. She not only helped and took her time to explain the different life insurance plans and coverage, soon afterwards we looked at my car insurance to update the coverage and save a few bucks. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking for insurance read more

Leaving 5 stars with no hesitant. These are the friendliest people I ever met for business. Usually, when I talk to other insurance agents, I felt like they are rushing the process and they are careless about my situation. But, Tina was different. Not only Tina sat next to me and reviewed possible insurance plans step-by-step but also made me feel I am getting taking care of by a trustful agent. Also, they got a nice office and a friendly vibe, which is an indication of good business. If you are looking for an agent that is trustworthy, I would recommend this place. read more

I have worked with Tina for the past three years. Every time I request her help whether reporting an accident or sending policy documents, Tina's responsiveness has been above and beyond expectation. Though there are many insurance coverage options including online one stop experience providers, because of my experience working directly with Tina, I definitely plan to stay with State Farm. Thanks Tina for all of your help! read more

Like several other reviewers, I received Tina as my State Farm agent after my old agent retired. I've waited a couple months before leaving a review to make sure that her office warranted 5 stars, but I haven't been disappointed. I would particularly recommend her office to Koreans and native speakers of the other languages she covers: they have several native Korean speakers. Shortly after I switched over and started a homeowner's policy, Tina asked me if I had time to come in to review everything I had and anything I might want. We went over options, including life insurance and educational accounts, but after describing my situation, she said I didn't need any new policies and didn't try to foist anything on me. The only thing she recommended was to increase my car insurance coverage by $2/year so I would have to pay 50% of car rental costs in case I needed one. "Why not?" I thought. A few months after I was switched, I was broadsided by a guy running a red, totaling my car and putting my back out of joint. The car rental was covered, thanks to the policy change, and Tina's office made sure the ball was rolling for claims and injuries. I'm pleased with the response and will be sticking with Tina's office for the foreseeable future. read more

My long-time State Farm agent retired recently, and so my account was transferred to Tina. She called me to greet me as my new agent and went over my plan with me. She helped me a lot to get my family's coverage up to date. Before talking with Tina, I had not changed my coverage at all since pretty much high school when my parents first set me up with auto insurance at State Farm. She had noticed some unusual coverage that I had and explained to me things that I didn't know. I had taken for granted that I was covered sufficiently, and maybe I was 15 years ago. When she went over my coverage with me, I realized I wasn't nearly as well as I thought I was. After talking with Tina, I got everything sorted out, and I'm glad Tina gave me a call. Had she not, I might have found myself in a bad liability situation down the road. Thanks, Tina! read more

Came in for umbrella, auto, and home insurance quotes, so i can save money. Overall, wonderful experiences and very friendly agent. I worked with Emily for the quotes and she worked her magic to get the quotes pretty fast and concise! She explained in detail of each coverages and what they mean in term of dollar to coverage ratio, which allowed me to gauge if i am saving money or if the converges are necessary or not. So these efforts from Emily really help me to uncover the mystery of bunch of converges that i have no clues. Emily is very nice snd able to hear you out regardless if you have financial issue or insurance policy that need more clarification. We also did a comparison between insurance and this also help me a lot. read more

I recently got a new vehicle and motorcycle and Tina's team was awesome. I worked with Andrew for each vehicle and he was prompt with answers. I don't usually leave a review, but I am leaving one for Tina. She carefully listened to my demands and financial position, and undoubtedly gave me the best deal on a life insurance. I also had my wife signed up for the same insurance. Tina made it easy for me to talk about sensitive things I would normally be very cautious about telling strangers. Overall, I had pleasant time talking with her and enjoyed the time in the office. I wouldn't be hesitant to introduce her to my friends in the future. read more

If I can give a negative review I would! This place is horrible! I walked in there to get a quote for my new car, a girl greeted me warmly. She was nice with a very kind voice. While she was in the middle of giving me a quote, the boss named Tina cut in and started yelling at the girl infront of me! Take note this is like, at the top of her lungs screaming. NOT PROFESSIONAL. It was awkward I wanted to walk out from there! But I felt bad for the girl. I noticed that she started to get tensed and nervous. After the girl apologized to me, she hummed to herself quietly and finished the quote while angry-faced boss stood over and continued yelling at her at every step of the quote. It was excruciatingly humiliating! Tina called this girl SLOW infront of a customer without regard for professionalism, dignity or respect. Tina managed a fake smile towards me but its just awkward. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have recorded this discreetly on my phone. This is downright employee harassment. I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO GO THIS PLACE . read more
