Very Disappointing and Unprofessional…read more I had a very bad experience with this auto registration agency. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they are almost impossible to reach when you actually need help. Getting a response or any useful assistance feels like a struggle. If you're paying for a service, you should at least expect respectful communication and someone who is available to answer your questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers.

Was asked by the young Latin girl with curly hair to pay $425 and get a smog and vin verification. Came back after getting the smog and vin verification across the street at the DMV. Then asks for the credit cards again.?. I asked why?. She said she couldn't register my car there because they are limited to what they can do and that I needed to go to the official dmv office. She fefunded the $125 but couldn't refund the $425 after trying several times. I was told I would need to dispute the $425 with Bank of America? The next day I called to talk to the owner/supervisor but they DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS THERE, goes to voicemail. Left a message for the owner asking to call me back about this problem, was never called back!. Be very careful when going here!.
