More like difficult pay DMV services!. Should have went to the dmv across the street and saved myself time and aggravation. Went there to transfer a car into my name. Was asked by the young Latin girl with curly hair to pay $425 and get a smog and vin verification. Came back after getting the smog and vin verification across the street at the DMV. After talking to The same girl, she now wants another $125. Wtf!. So I paid $125 on another credit card as she requested. Now she's taking forever staring at the computer screen... Then asks for the credit cards again.?. I asked why?. She said she couldn't register my car there because they are limited to what they can do and that I needed to go to the official dmv office. She fefunded the $125 but couldn't refund the $425 after trying several times. I was told I would need to dispute the $425 with Bank of America? The next day I called to talk to the owner/supervisor but they DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS THERE, goes to voicemail. Left a message for the owner asking to call me back about this problem, was never called back!. Be very careful when going here!. You might wait longer at the DMV but atleast you'll get things done correctly! read more

Anything that saves a trip to the DMV is welcome. I needed to register an RV purchased from out of state and truly dreaded the prospect of at least one trip to the DMV. I didn't even know services like this existed. It may cost a little more, but is definitely worth it. Plenty of room in the parking lot for bigger vehicles. read more

I just moved to CA and the DMV kept turning me away due to COVID-19 and not having this or that. I opt for a 3rd party vendor and found EZ Pay Registration. I drove out and brought everything I needed and the line moved really quick. The man who helped me was kind. We had some chit chat and back and forth where it was a genuine human connection, but not in a way where service was held up. The service was quick, they do vehicle inspection too! The CA-DMV isn't going vehicle inspections. I was able to pay and walk out with tags and my plates and ready to go. Also used my yelp check in offer and saved about $20 on my registration. Overall, Highly recommended! Great experience and my experience was definitely EZ :) read more

Ashley from EZ Pay Registration was incredibly helpful. I was dealing with a complex registration process, and on a Saturday when the DMV was closed and AAA couldn't assist, Ashley stepped in and guided me through the necessary steps to get it done. Thanks to her, I obtained my registration on the same day. I highly recommend EZ Pay Registration services, especially when Ashley is available to assist. read more

Extremely helpful. I advise going here. Helped me out a lot, gave me a great start on my paperwork. Highly recommend

I have been going to this location for my car's registrations for a couple of years now. Jacky is always very patient with people, she's good at explaining what you need and offering resources in order to get your stuff done. The wait times aren't as bad. If you're missing paperwork the workers will put your processing on pause instead of starting over. The workers even remembered me after not returning for awhile and were helpful with moving forward of what I needed for my cars. This place is better then the DMV, I highly recommend it. read more

Used this place on numerous occasions and always friendly service with low cost fees. The staff was always helpful with questions we had. I highly recommend them. read more

I am so glad I stopped by and have gotten my Registration Sticker here! I stopped by around 8:55pm and by 9:03 I was out the door with the sticker and registration paper. I paid my fee and the $25 fee they charge and voila, I am currently registered! Simply put, I give this place 5 stars because they are worth every penny. They also have the lowest prices compared to all the others in the East Bay area. Thank you and will definitely come back for all other DMV related paperwork. A+++++ read more

Ishmael saved the day. I bought a car and the title was from out of state. I called around to the otter DMV like services around the tri valley where I live. I was told I needed something they didn't offer a vin verification amongst other things. I called EZpay and Ishmael not only answered my question on the vin verification, but read my mind on what I might have needed. He asked questions to make sure I understood the process and what paperwork I needed to bring in. He's a true professional, and will definitely use his services in the future. Definitely worth the fee at any price. I can only imagine how terrible of an experience this would've been at the DMV read more

It was the laSt day to pay my registration before I got a late penalty. (Like registration is nt high enough as it is) I start work at 8 am and dmv website was down with my luck. So I went to my local dmv In Hayward ca. The line looked like it was 3!days long. I stepped outside to think what i could do! Well instead of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel I seen a dmv flag and a dmv registration here sign lol . I walked in and was greeted by a guy named Ish. He had a nice welcoming smile, one of those ones that look like he won the lottery smiles. He asked how he can help and I told if I can renew my registration with 45 mins would be great. He replied how 4 mins. So with 3-4 I paid and got new tags and registration card on the spot. I just want to thank Ish and the staff for save my butt and leaving me enough time to have some lunch too. read more

This is my second visit and decided to use their services. I called in to confirm they were open during the shelter in place as of 5/26 and I think I spoke with the owner about business hours for Hayward and availability. He said they were open and advised me on my question about car title transfer which he answered and provided walked me through the process. The agent that helped me out around 1pm today was excellent. She answered all our questions and quickly guided both parties to process the car title transfer. It was like 15mins and very quick turn around. Nothing but praise and thanks for your service especially during the pandemic. Again, folks, they are OPEN and DMV is NOT! read more

I came to register my trailer, transfer my Tacoma from out of state, and transfer the title for my Civic into my name. They were able to help me, and answered every question I had. Great customer service, would come here again. The instant service makes it worth the price compared to the hours you'd wait in line at the DMV. read more

I'm waiting outside its 915am. And its still closed. It says it opens at 900am. Should of went a cross the street to the real DMV.

Came here since my car was registered out of state and needed to skip the DMV line, with the help of the great customer service at the front desk I got in and out and had my new California plate faster than anywhere else I would've gone! read more

If you're reading this because some guy announced that he can process your registration faster than the DMV and you're checking to see if this place is legit, let me save you some time. Run -- don't walk -- across the street and go to EZ Pay. They'll take care of you in minutes. I too was incredulous but I took a chance and went across the street. I had to register the car I bought out of state and after signing some paperwork and doing a VIN inspection they were able to get me my plates and tags. I was finished in the time it would have taken me to even get into the DMV (since the line was out the door). Thanks! You saved me a lot of time! read more

Guy came up form on the side walk as i stood inline for the DMV staying he can help skip the line and get my car registered in half the time. Took a chance on it and went it. Was in and out in about 15 mins fees paid in full. Plus they helped fix an issue with my inssurance. Sure there was a fee of 25 bucks (plus 2% cus paid with card) but the time I saved was worth it read more

Legit spot. Id rather go here than to the dmv across the street any day even when Dmv opens back after this whole Covid thing. Got my tags and plates at 7pm on a weekday. Services done for a fee but well worth it because it was quick and painless. Time is money. Come here and don't waste your time/money. read more

The line here was very short and the girl working was so helpful, efficient and sweet. I definitely recommend this place!

I must just say wow!! I went to the Hayward office and I must say the service was extremely fast. I was in and out in no time. He was extremely pleasant and informative with DMV information. He was able to hand me my tags in hand on the spot. He also informed of s previous ticket that I had received and gave me a receipt in case DMV did not show that I paid. DMV lines bye!! I will be a loyal customer moving forward! read more

I needed tags for my Infiniti because the DMV sent my registration to my old address. Not only were they able to give me my stickers but they were able to update my address in DMV's system which I was dealing with for the last 2 years. Now that is what I call excellent service with a smile. I got both done in less than 15 minutes while on my lunch break! If you don't want to wait in line at the DMV for 2 hours and deal with crappy service then EZ pay is the way/place to go! read more

Super fast, in and out in 10 minutes like the gentleman explained over the phone when I inquired about services. It does get busy at certain times but they move fast! Parking is very easy to find since it's right around the building so very convenient! So if you don't want to wait at the DMV with there ridiculous long lines come here, I promise you will not be disappointed! I just wish I had found this place sooner... read more

Wonderful service. Beats waiting DMV lines for hours. Took care of my title transfer. Title came in my mail box a week later!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I do the DMV work for my company and the owner, Ishmael, has saved me dozens of hours processing my registrations, title work etc. I have given him complicated transactions and he always seems to be able to process them quickly. The owner of my company who has extensive dmv title, registration experience is also impressed. read more

Fast and quick. Way better option than the DMV. If you able to go here, skip the lines and come to EZ Pay.

I dropped by for a VIN verification and saw this tiny office tucked away in a corner lot. I didn't know what to expect. But dammit, this place was great! The owner was super chill and I ended up registering my out of state car and getting my license in one shot. No PAIN. No DMV. And everything at a fair price. BTW, the gal that helped me really knew her stuff. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Will recommend it to my friends and definitely be back. read more

It seemed way too good to be true so i waited to do my review until i got everything in hand. My son was standing in line at DMV & a guy walked up to him saying why wait 5 hours when you can do it in 15 minutes. I thought it was a scam but am so glad i took his suggestion. We literally were in their office for 15 minutes and walked out with plates and tags. I just got the title in the mail from DMV yesterday so i now know it's 100% legit. This was amazing, don't stand in the dmv line ever again lol read more
