More like difficult pay DMV services!. Should have went to the dmv across the street and saved myself time and aggravation. Went there to transfer a car into my name. Was asked by the young Latin girl with curly hair to pay $425 and get a smog and vin verification. Came back after getting the smog and vin verification across the street at the DMV. After talking to The same girl, she now wants another $125. Wtf!. So I paid $125 on another credit card as she requested. Now she's taking forever staring at the computer screen... Then asks for the credit cards again.?. I asked why?. She said she couldn't register my car there because they are limited to what they can do and that I needed to go to the official dmv office. She fefunded the $125 but couldn't refund the $425 after trying several times. I was told I would need to dispute the $425 with Bank of America? The next day I called to talk to the owner/supervisor but they DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS THERE, goes to voicemail. Left a message for the owner asking to call me back about this problem, was never called back!. Be very careful when going here!. You might wait longer at the DMV but atleast you'll get things done correctly! read more

We had some chit chat and back and forth where it was a genuine human connection, but not in a way where service was held up. The service was quick, they do vehicle inspection too! I have been going to this location for my car's registrations for a couple of years now. Jacky is always very patient with people, she's good at explaining what you need and offering resources in order to get your stuff done. The wait times aren't as bad. If you're missing paperwork the workers will put your processing on pause instead of starting over. The workers even remembered me after not returning for awhile and were helpful with moving forward of what I needed for my cars. This place is better then the DMV, I highly recommend it. read more

I am so glad I stopped by and have gotten my Registration Sticker here! I stopped by around 8:55pm and by 9:03 I was out the door with the sticker and registration paper. Ishmael saved the day. I bought a car and the title was from out of state. I called around to the otter DMV like services around the tri valley where I live. I was told I needed something they didn't offer a vin verification amongst other things. I called EZpay and Ishmael not only answered my question on the vin verification, but read my mind on what I might have needed. So I went to my local dmv In Hayward ca. The line looked like it was 3!days long. I stepped outside to think what i could do! I called in to confirm they were open during the shelter in place as of 5/26 and I think I spoke with the owner about business hours for Hayward and availability. Guy came up form on the side walk as i stood inline for the DMV staying he can help skip the line and get my car registered in half the time. Took a chance on it and went it. Was in and out in about 15 mins fees paid in full. Plus they helped fix an issue with my inssurance. It saved me tremendous of time compare to get my Plate transferred with DMV. The business has a contract with DMV which can help you with any vehicle related issues. They were very fast and helpful. I was in line outside DMV for two hours until the owner showed up and told us about his business. It took them around 30 min to get everything done.
