Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they are almost impossible to reach when you actually need help. Getting a response or any useful assistance feels like a struggle. If you're paying for a service, you should at least expect respectful communication and someone who is available to answer your questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I then received a phone call to come back in, and was told I have to pay an additional $140. The staff here is actually pretty hilarious as they make up random answers, and after they say "that's why" as if they have reassured you of why you have to pay. After I received my random answer for my second payment. They handed me 1 license plate and told me to have a good day. Since then I have received $120 ticket for only having 1 plate (I moved from Philadelphia and was told by staff I am fine with 1), and received 2 letters from DMV stating that my car is no longer registered. Long story short I had to go back to DMV, wait in line, and pay again just to do what they didn't. Such a shame to rip off innocent people, but at least they are funny hahaha. Instead of doing that we called up Conar Auto Registration to get help doing this. Mario, Carol, and Tony spent a huge amount of time on the phone with us through multiple phone calls listing every detail. They were happy to provide services to us so everything could be sorted and instead told us it was the dealer's responsibility to do this through DMV policy. After calling up the dealer and providing them the DMV requirements based on what Conar gave us detailed information on, the dealer then realized the mistakes they had made and went ahead and corrected them. Had it not been for the people at Conar referencing the policies *required* for the dealer to complete, we would have had great trouble getting our motorbikes registered. After this whole fiasco with our OHV dealer, Conar went an extra step and told us we don't owe them anything because they had only provided us with the information - information that was hugely valuable!
