I tried not to post this out but I had a terrible experience with one of the guys who works at the front desk. His name is Farouk goes by Frank. I felt he had zero knowledge when it came to insuring the car. He couldn't explain the insurance policy correctly and made me pay for cancellation even though it was his fault for not following up with emails and not clearing things by phone. He was also very rude on the phone! Ps. The owner, Ibrahim is a nice guy, and I hope he will consider hiring somebody more knowledgeable, have background skills, and knows how to talk to clients. read more

I wanted to give this place 1 star so you wankers won't go there and ruin a good thing. Bah! So I had to renew the registration for my car, and I lost the paperwork - meaning a dreaded trip to the DMV. I got up early and was at Hayward DMV an hour before they opened - and the damn line was already wrapped around the entire building!! Think I'm kidding? See the picture I attached. I had to renew my car that day or my wife would kill me, so I started looking at other places on google. I randomly found their web page, and honestly it looked kind of sketchy. But they had all 5 star reviews on every site I found them on, so being desperate, I went in. The office isn't fancy, but there is a small waiting area where I sat while they finished up with the 1 person who was there before me. After he was done, I told them I needed to renew my car, and he said they could do it right there, right now. There is only one catch, it's costs $29 as a fee for them doing it. I didn't even blink. $29 -OR- sitting at DMV for 2+ hours to deal with someone who really hates life, their job, and now you. Hah! Best money I ever spent! I was out in 5 minuets with my new registration and tags. Bonus: because they aren't the DMV, they aren't require to collect the money you owe for parking tickets that have been sent to the DMV for collection. That's a quick $500 I saved! So if you only read the first sentence and the last of my review: don't go here; don't ruin a good thing for me! read more
