I went here hoping to get a car registered but it turned out I need to go to DMV as a requirement for out of state plate registration in California. Despite of not needing their service, Mohammad gave me pointers on what to do and what to bring to DMV-- that's excellent customer service! Place was organized and they have a few antique items on display. read more

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional I had a very bad experience with this auto registration agency. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they are almost impossible to reach when you actually need help. Getting a response or any useful assistance feels like a struggle. If you're paying for a service, you should at least expect respectful communication and someone who is available to answer your questions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers. read more

1 Stop Auto Registration - Amazing instead of waiting I was in the DMV save your time one stop unique service - Registration Services Near Me - Hayward, California

I tried not to post this out but I had a terrible experience with one of the guys who works at the front desk. His name is Farouk goes by Frank. I felt he had zero knowledge when it came to insuring the car. He couldn't explain the insurance policy correctly and made me pay for cancellation even though it was his fault for not following up with emails and not clearing things by phone. He was also very rude on the phone! Ps. The owner, Ibrahim is a nice guy, and I hope he will consider hiring somebody more knowledgeable, have background skills, and knows how to talk to clients. read more

I wanted to give this place 1 star so you wankers won't go there and ruin a good thing. Bah! So I had to renew the registration for my car, and I lost the paperwork - meaning a dreaded trip to the DMV. I got up early and was at Hayward DMV an hour before they opened - and the damn line was already wrapped around the entire building!! Think I'm kidding? See the picture I attached. I had to renew my car that day or my wife would kill me, so I started looking at other places on google. I randomly found their web page, and honestly it looked kind of sketchy. But they had all 5 star reviews on every site I found them on, so being desperate, I went in. The office isn't fancy, but there is a small waiting area where I sat while they finished up with the 1 person who was there before me. After he was done, I told them I needed to renew my car, and he said they could do it right there, right now. There is only one catch, it's costs $29 as a fee for them doing it. I didn't even blink. $29 -OR- sitting at DMV for 2+ hours to deal with someone who really hates life, their job, and now you. Hah! Best money I ever spent! I was out in 5 minuets with my new registration and tags. Bonus: because they aren't the DMV, they aren't require to collect the money you owe for parking tickets that have been sent to the DMV for collection. That's a quick $500 I saved! So if you only read the first sentence and the last of my review: don't go here; don't ruin a good thing for me! read more

I received a 1974 VW bug from my uncle in Washington. It was a week before Christmas and I had no time to waste at the DMV. After reading other yelp reviews I decided to try my luck since this was only 5 minutes from my house. I walked in to one man sitting at a desk. I sat down and walked out with California plates and tags in less than 15 minutes. My pink slip was in my hand less than a week later. This place is legit! Forget the DMV! read more

Although these guys were unable to complete my registration they did everything possible to get me ready and able to complete it at the DMV. I walked into the DMV at 9:01 am and had my registration, plates, and stickers in hand by 9:15 am because of the great work they did ( by the way they didn't charge me a penny). I love coming here to get DMV matters handles. I have been coming here for 5 years now. The guys are very helpful and friendly. They are connected to DMV and the DO NOT OVER CHARGE you like other places. In May I was going to buy a car and the owner said the car was registered. I had the guys run the information and they said the car was not sniffed. Confirmed my suspicions and when I returned with another owner. She was in awe of how fast and convenient the service was. read more

I needed my extremely late car registration paid and with a new 8am-5pm job, 5 days a week and I had only ever gone to the DMV, I was in a bind. A quick google search sent me to 1 Stop Auto Registration. I drove to the one in Fremont on a Saturday afternoon to find they were closed and no longer taking walk ins. Trying to breathe out the frustration, I google again for the Hayward branch. Call them to see if they were open and was greeted politely and was told they close at 5. It's now after 3 for me in Fremont. I race down Mission Blvd, getting there before 4. I was nervous as hell, what if they couldn't help me because I waited too long? But sure enough I was greeted once I walked in, helped in a quick and efficient manner with minimum cost to me. Definitely coming back. read more

Very Patient & trying to help us out when we needed it. It was fast and easy. Abraham is the guy to go to. (:

Abraham is the man, he is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met in regards to titling and registering your vehicle in California. I had a ton of questions about an out of state vehicle registration and he answered them all perfectly. I'm from San Francisco but will not hesitate to drive to Hayward every single time I have something DMV related to process. Thanks again Boss. read more

I've been trying to renew my registration for 4 days now online through the DMV. For whatever reason the website couldn't validate my insurance (even though the company i'm with was on the list of electronically validated companies). I accidently found 1 Stop while trying to find the closest DMV, and I am SO glad I decided to give them a try. IT WAS SO EASY! I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes (it might have been 10). Don't waste your time at the DMV. Go to 1 Stop 1st (unless you like having that much time to sit around and wait). read more
