Fast and easy. Mrs B. Is the best friend and professional. I highly recommend. No waiting for hours to get your business done .

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Mrs. B's today to take care of a long-overdue vehicle registration, and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest and most pleasant customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Before heading in, I called to get some information and was lucky enough to speak with the owner, Felicia. Despite clearly being busy, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She didn't rush through the conversation at all--instead, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and with genuine care. From that initial phone call alone, I already had a good feeling about the place. When I arrived, Felicia greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. What I had expected to be a stressful ordeal was handled with such professionalism and efficiency that I left wondering why I hadn't come to Mrs. B's sooner. She took care of everything quickly, clearly explained what was being done, and never once made me feel like just another customer. Her attention to detail and personable nature made the entire process feel effortless. Felicia is truly a gem. It's rare these days to come across someone who not only understands what real customer service looks like but also lives and breathes it in how she runs her business. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps and takes pride in making their experience a positive one. Businesses like Mrs. B's are what give a town character--they're the kind of places you want to support and tell others about. Livermore is lucky to have this kind of service available, and I'll be handling all of my vehicle registrations here moving forward. If you're reading this and considering where to go for DMV services--stop searching. Do yourself a favor and go visit Mrs. B's. You won't regret it. Thank you again, Felicia, for making a frustrating situation not only manageable but actually enjoyable. Keep doing what you're doing--you've absolutely earned a loyal customer. read more

It was amazingly easy. I can't believe they give you so much help in getting a car registered. Felicia was so helpful and assisted me with my out of state car that needed title and registration. I'd already smogged it, so it got everything else from Mrs Bs. A+++ read more

Felicia (Mrs. B) helped me with getting a motorcycle that I purchased out of state registered and titled in California. Service was great and prices were very reasonable. She came to my home to complete the vin verification (required for out-of-state vehicle purchases). Other mobile vin verification services were quoting me nearly 3x as much as Mrs. B's. She also completed the registration for me and I was able to pick up the plates & stickers the next day. Worth every penny! Great communication and very responsive. Setting up an appointment and finding a time that worked was easy. Felicia also explained all of the DMV fees to me when I came to pickup the plates. Highly suggest using Mrs. B's to avoid DMV wait times and to get your registration squared away easily - and all at a great price! read more

I recently bought a vehicle out of state, and as expected, the process in California was not straightforward. I contacted Mrs B's Registration Services, and Felicia quickly responded with detailed steps and locations for obtaining a weight certificate and smog check. Even though I didn't use her recommended locations, she clearly explained the necessary steps, which made a significant difference in the registration process. After getting the required weight and smog certificate, I headed over to Mrs B's. Felicia and her son, Joe, were incredibly helpful and friendly. In a short period of time, the VIN verification and registration were complete, making the process much easier than I anticipated. Thank you, Mrs B's Registration Services, for making the process easy and efficient. Thanks again, Felicia and Joe! Your help was greatly appreciated, and I will definitely recommend your services to others. read more

Mrs B's coming in clutch again! We had 2 out of state trucks (Texas) that hadn't been registered for almost a year. The dealership we were using had dropped the ball on the registration, and then went out of business. Our only chance of getting the trucks registered per the DMV was to use a Registration Service. Luckily, we had sucessfully used Mrs B's before and they did not fail us with getting the registrations completed. Thank you Felicia! I look forward to working with you again. read more

WOW. That was Easy. Same Day Service! I got my license plate within 15 minutes, changed my registration address, and did so much more here so quickly. Such friendly people. I do not like having to go into DMV so this helped me out so so much! Mrs. B and Joe are the nicest people and I love being able to support local business for this type of situation as well rather than having to spend a half a day at DMV ot pay DMV. Great service, great people, lots of beautiful indoor plants on the inside. They also have a really nice line up of cars I was checking out too. I would recommend this place and service to anyone nearby and far to come get their work done for their car/ registration services HERE rather than DMV. 5 Star Service. It's even the weekend and that was so quick. Much Love to Mrs. B's for always taking care of me, my friends, and my family. This place has been helping my family for 20+ years and they're still the Best. read more

I planned to purchase a vehicle over the weekend, but in the process of doing my due diligence I wanted to check and see if the vehicle had any back registration fees. So I called Mrs B, for her assistance. She directed me to the dmv website, which I had already previously done but it did not work for me. I explained I had already done that. Her response was that I had not paid her and essentially she would be working for free just to check if this vehicle had back fees... I said thank you for your time, called another dmv registration service and they were able to assist me over the phone for free. Mrs b definitely lost a potential customer. read more

I was on my way through downtown to mail out some documents and realized I needed to have a notarized copy of my drivers license and the post office closed in 20 minutes. I called Mrs. B's and asked if this was a service they could do. Mrs B's son who answered the phone told me they could! I walked in and she had everything out and ready for me. I didn't even need to tell them I was in a hurry she was so speedy and efficient. I love using small family owned businesses and this was perfect! Great price and friendly personalized service. Having just drove a Chevy Diesel truck that was given to me by my mother in Texas, there were numerous things I had to do to transfer the title and get it registered. It was confusing to me on what I needed to do and in what order. I made a phone call to Mrs. B's and they told me everything I needed to do before hand, then to come in and they'd take care of everything else, and that was exactly what they did. Everything was done real time and all I had to do was sign a form. They transferred my title, made sure it was put in as a gift, printed my new proof of registration, gave me new plates, put on the decals, then put them on my truck. They were also the nicest people you'd ever meet. The cost was minimal and I didn't have to go back and forth to the DMV, and have to figure all of this out for myself. I will never go back to the DMV again. read more
