Before heading in, I called to get some information and was lucky enough to speak with the owner, Felicia. Despite clearly being busy, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She didn't rush through the conversation at all--instead, she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and with genuine care. From that initial phone call alone, I already had a good feeling about the place. When I arrived, Felicia greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. What I had expected to be a stressful ordeal was handled with such professionalism and efficiency that I left wondering why I hadn't come to Mrs. B's sooner. She took care of everything quickly, clearly explained what was being done, and never once made me feel like just another customer. Felicia (Mrs. B) helped me with getting a motorcycle that I purchased out of state registered and titled in California. Service was great and prices were very reasonable. She came to my home to complete the vin verification (required for out-of-state vehicle purchases). Other mobile vin verification services were quoting me nearly 3x as much as Mrs. B's. She also completed the registration for me and I was able to pick up the plates & stickers the next day. Worth every penny! Great communication and very responsive. Setting up an appointment and finding a time that worked was easy. Felicia also explained all of the DMV fees to me when I came to pickup the plates. Mrs B's coming in clutch again! We had 2 out of state trucks (Texas) that hadn't been registered for almost a year. The dealership we were using had dropped the ball on the registration, and then went out of business. Our only chance of getting the trucks registered per the DMV was to use a Registration Service. WOW. That was Easy. Same Day Service! I got my license plate within 15 minutes, changed my registration address, and did so much more here so quickly. Such friendly people. I do not like having to go into DMV so this helped me out so so much! I planned to purchase a vehicle over the weekend, but in the process of doing my due diligence I wanted to check and see if the vehicle had any back registration fees. So I called Mrs B, for her assistance. She directed me to the dmv website, which I had already previously done but it did not work for me. I explained I had already done that. Her response was that I had not paid her and essentially she would be working for free just to check if this vehicle had back fees... I was on my way through downtown to mail out some documents and realized I needed to have a notarized copy of my drivers license and the post office closed in 20 minutes. Having just drove a Chevy Diesel truck that was given to me by my mother in Texas, there were numerous things I had to do to transfer the title and get it registered. It was confusing to me on what I needed to do and in what order. I made a phone call to Mrs. B's and they told me everything I needed to do before hand, then to come in and they'd take care of everything else, and that was exactly what they did. Everything was done real time and all I had to do was sign a form. They transferred my title, made sure it was put in as a gift, printed my new proof of registration, gave me new plates, put on the decals, then put them on my truck. They were also the nicest people you'd ever meet. The cost was minimal and I didn't have to go back and forth to the DMV, and have to figure all of this out for myself.
