Shop repaired two rock chips and told me everything was fine. However, there was a new 8"+ crack through the repair - we now need a new windshield. I was surprised they had parked the car with the windshield facing the sun during a heat wave after doing the repair work. Hopefully they will discontinue that practice. read more

I got the winshield replaced for my 2004 Honda CRV two years ago. I kept the tape on for over 3 days as instructed. After a month, I found the rubber came off and I went back to get it glued. They said to keep the blue tape for 2 days - and ok I did it again. Recently I noticed both sides of the rack on top of winshield pops up and found missing screws. To do winshield work, the front of rack needs to be opened. Not only with missing screws, one of the caps is not properly clicked down. Office ladies are great and friendly. The technicians can do the work however the lack of quality and being sloppy two times in a row are disppointing. read more

Holy Moly! The customer service here is unsurpassed! Absolutely outstanding! From the front desk to the tech that handed me my keys just fantastic. There was a problem with my car. Not their problem, my car's problem. They spent hours trying to trouble shoot it and could not figure it out... pretty sure because the circuit is messed up, and they did not charge me anything because they did not finish the job! This place doesn't look like much. Inside it is a bit dingy. It has old magazines, weak coffee on the burner with small white styrofoam cups, and 25-cent candy dispensers. The two people at the front desk looked like they had worked there for a long time. I'd chosen then because their prices were good and they were very polite and helpful on the phone. They were just as nice in the office, and the repair took less time than they had estimated--less than an hour to replace the windshield and moulding. And, well, they did a great job: the new shield looks perfect, and they even took care of the little details like re-affixing my little oil-change-reminder sticker in the position it originally held. Totally blows away the experience I had at Safelite a few years back. I'm going here again the next time my glass breaks. read more

Got my windshield replaced. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. The warranty on the glass is a good deal. That stuff stopped this from being a 1-star. Two problems: 1) The glass isn't a perfect fit for my vehicle. Now I understand that the aftermarket glass available might not exactly match the model of my car, but in this case the gap between where the black ring around the glass was on the old windshield and where it is on the new one... it allows you to see back behind the dashboard. Exposed wires and dust and it looks like crap. There's no way for me to keep that clean. 2) They didn't bother to clean out some give under the windshield and it's going to be almost impossible to clean up. Even worse, there's a huge mess of black epoxy clear out onto my window frame. I'm planning to drop them an email to complain, will update if they make it right. read more

Repair technician, James, was on-time, called ahead, wore mask, and was professional, finished within an hour. Sloppy work, no quality assurance, no integrity, no regard for customer satisfaction. My mom was referred to them by Ameriprise for a chip in her windshield. They took five days to come out and fix windshield, and by then it became too large of a crack to fill and it needed full a replacement. They then had her wait two more days for the windshield to come in stock. When they fixed it then, they did a sloppy sealing job and water got into the car as it was raining that week. When my mom brought it back into the shop to have it inspected, they initially came back to her and said "nothing's wrong with it" and the manager had to come out and have them run a leak test in order to find the gap. Alas, they fixed the caulking and all seemed fine. Until... the car was brought into the dealership for an unrelated repair and they pointed out some dents near the windshield that looked like they were made with tools coming from the inside of the car. My mom brought it up with Speedy Glass and they said they had to have proof that it was their fault in order to fix it. Finally after the dealership did as much as they could to help advocate for my mom's case -- note, Speedy Glass was largely unresponsive to phone calls -- the manager responds saying that it's past the acceptable time frame of having them "fix" their mistake and that she'd have to submit a new claim and pay to get the dents fixed. I'd like to think they got great ratings for a reason but perhaps they've gotten too popular to care or own up to their mistakes. read more

With my luck, I recieved two big rock chips in my front windshield within a week. This company is used by my insurance, but will recommend this place in the future. They originally estimated a time between 0830-1230. I expressed I had an appt. In the afternoon and they were very accommodating and said they can put me in the morning spot.
