Had called on June 8th to ask about getting info on installment loans. I was asking an honest yes or no question regarding I credit check to the rep who answered but she didn't know how to answer it so she transferred me to Salma. Salma was rude, spoke over me and hung up abruptly as I wasn't even done talking. Salma (refused to give employee number or last name) I get it privacy. However I was asked to bring my bank account on my phone to verify a deposit. So after she got that information I asked if that's all she needed? Then one minute later she asked for the account number so I had to reopen the app. I'm already paranoid of my information being out there... this process has been done in the past and Salma claimed it hadn't.
