I've had serval issues with Veronica and not being helpful to staff mistakes. I called to make a partial payment on a loan. They agreed it was fine and I paid more than half of the loan. I only had $200 left to pay and they agreed it would be fine to pay off on the 1st. 3 days later they auto charged my card. Veronica refused to correct the mistake and stated there was no note left by the staff member that I would pay it on a later date. My only option was to re take out the loan with the interest. I asked Veronica to have her supervisor call me and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried calling and she will tell me she has customers and will call me back. Refuses to let me wait on hold instead of a call back. Each time she says 20minutes and I never get a call back. When I call again she states another 20minutes She tries to direct me to the portal but I've stated that I cannot access the portal and she states she cannot help me with that issue. Walked into Branch, I was in good spirits to open up an account and invest on CD accounts. Two inexperienced employees timidly said it is required to have two forms of ID to open open an account. I informed them I only have my California DMV Dr. LC. and Government employee ID. Then they said they needed a Soacil security number. I informed them I know it by heart. They now added they not only needed 2 forms of ID but now the original social security number card from SSA office. They made it so complicated to open up an account that I decided to cash my checks. They said there would be a $8 fee for non customers. I proceeded to teller line. Teller had me swipe my driver license and scanned my checks and said there is no fee for cashing my checks. I provided my ca dmv dr. Lc. Teller started asking for a lot more information. After telling teller I just want my money I am not interested in providing you my phone number, employer, bank or credit account information. Now she required my government employer ID. Left to vehicle and came back to teller. Now there is $8 fee and i need to fill out forms in order to cash a check their customer Los Angeles County made out to me. Then my government employee badge is no longer a valid ID and the teller called the manager to come and request a bank card from my bank and or a US Passport. They refused to open a bank account, invest on CD account, and to cash my checks with CA DMV Driver License, My Social Security Number, and my Government Employee badge. read more

they absolutely take the cake with the worst customer service Ive possibly ever experienced from any local business starting with the most unwelcoming and rudest agents representing them. Agents will completely ignore any questions asked and/or disregard any requests made by customer regarding your own money. This is an unprofessional business having their workers work inside when theirs no air conditioner also having them work in the dark while they just got robbed . This shows this company does not care about their workers safety and all they care about is money. And this isn't the first time I've been their last year when they only had one worker working her whole shift for 10 hours for a couple days her name was Cynthia. Also last year their air conditioner didn't work for about a month or so. I used to come to this place for years and the staff was the best... now I can absolutely say I will never come back the customer service is horrible!!!!! im So disappointed. The staff is rude, not helpful at all, the tone in their voice is argumentative, and just plain ugly. I use to go to another store that the people were wry nice professional and always greeting you with a smile. Here in la puente they are rude, unprofessional, lazy. I had to wait about 45 minutes to get help because they only had one girl helping people while the other 4 girls and this includes the manager chatting about what they were going to do the weekend. While 10 people were waiting to be helped. When someone told them if they can get another person to help they just ignored the person and continue chatting. They are very unprofessional I regret getting this loan am just going to pay it and not go there again. read more
