I only had $200 left to pay and they agreed it would be fine to pay off on the 1st. 3 days later they auto charged my card. Veronica refused to correct the mistake and stated there was no note left by the staff member that I would pay it on a later date. My only option was to re take out the loan with the interest. I asked Veronica to have her supervisor call me and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried calling and she will tell me she has customers and will call me back. Refuses to let me wait on hold instead of a call back. Each time she says 20minutes and I never get a call back. When I call again she states another 20minutes She tries to direct me to the portal but I've stated that I cannot access the portal and she states she cannot help me with that issue. She doesn't value her phone customers only her in person customers
