At first this place was very welcoming. Yet "standard questions" to start my account with them was more than too much. They constantly riddle you with questions about yourself as if you're not working for your money. They have even avoided cashing my check once the manager herself told me "our system for cashing checks are down until Monday" I came in the next day to find to mine and her surprise that the CHECK CASHING service is actually cashing checks. I try my best to communicate and understand everyone's situation. Yet I don't understand why I am always bombarded with questions as if they're doing me a favor cashing my check. I work hard for my money. Don't come here with your money, go to a store that cares for your business. read more

This place and ALL check into cash places should be shut or burned down!!! They prey on ignorant people who need money. They have insane interest rates that are not told about until you gather enough money to try and pay them out! I definitely hope this reaches someone, anyone who even ponders the idea of putting up their car or even trying to get a payday loan. Don't do it!!! So not worth it! Let the buyer beware! I asked Veronica to have her supervisor call me and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried calling and she will tell me she has customers and will call me back. Refuses to let me wait on hold instead of a call back. Each time she says 20minutes and I never get a call back. When I call again she states another 20minutes She tries to direct me to the portal but I've stated that I cannot access the portal and she states she cannot help me with that issue. She doesn't value her phone customers only her in person customers
