This year was beyond horrible. Made an appointment and still had to wait 2-3 hours(I left after 2 hours). Tried calling and texting to make an appointment had no luck! Walked in and the rude lady in the front stated I needed an appointment and they may not be able to help me. I just explained to her all I needed to do was just finalize my taxes and I'll be gone! Finally got in to see Josh and he seemed bothered and upset that he had to help me. My fault for giving you business. My family and I won't be back next year. Those thinking about coming here, I would think twice about it. They surely don't appreciate your business!

After entering the office with no customers and asking for help with the bill I couldn't help feeling treated like an inconvenience. Nothing drastically rude was said but the attitude was clear non-members aren't worth their time. I was told to go to my own bank. Next closest bank(which I'm also not a member at) exchanged the bill with pleasure. Sure not being a member meant they weren't obligated to help me but sheesh, I think it could have been handled differently. Guess some places actually care about customer service.
