This credit union sucks! Ive been coming here for a while to do share branch. Went there to make a deposit. They only had one teller, which is so slow! There were 3 people ahead of me. Finally after 10 mins another teller came. The lady in front of me had to get back in line. I went to the teller. I said I'd like to make a deposit. She said she's new and she doesn't do Share branch. I had to get back in line and wait for the other teller. 4 more customers came in. One guy was selling candies went up to the new teller and she was buying candies. While others customers were waiting. I ask to other employees that sit at a desk behind glass walls if we can get help. Hold and behold no help. The guy behind me said ever since they changed managers it's gone down hill. Do your banking some were else. Thus place SUCKS! read more

The whole team is there to help! We make manual deposits quite often and they're friendly, competent, and given the ability to help. Manny Flores has gone above and beyond to make sure banking with Foothill Credit Union is easy and hassle-free and this is consistent with how we've always been treated by everyone at this branch. However, trying to reach them by the phone is terrible. You can never reach the department you're trying to get to. Expect the worse when borrowing loans, credit cards and others. read more

I've been a member over 25 years and frequent the Covina office. All employees are competent and friendly. I give 4 stars instead of 5 for 1 reason: closed Saturday. We need to get open again on Saturday. We have had Covid for 6 months and have learnt deal with it. It is a real hardship for we who work 5 days. read more

I was on a waitlist for a new Toyota at Longo Toyota recently. I was called on Thursday night and told that my vehicle came in and was ready for delivery on Friday. I Still had not secured my financing yet so I contacted Foothill FCU and spoke with Gabriella on Friday Morning. She was able to get me approved for the auto loan within minutes and my auto draft check was ready to be picked up within an hour or so. Great service from Gabriella in the loan department and the folks at the Covina branch who were ready with the draft. read more

I came over to Foothill from BOFA because their fees were killing me. Although, it's a little out of the way from where I live, all my experiences with Foothill have been great. Going in I was a little concerned about the ATM locations but even when I'm out I always run into a 7 -11 store. All 7-11 ATMs are in their network so no fees. The staff is very friendly, remembers me and even called me to wish me a happy birthday. I say this because the staff at the Glendora branch is not very friendly so I was pleasantly surprised to see this at the Covina branch. Try getting that from BOFA...not going to happen. I have been banking with Foothill Federal Credit Union for some time now. My experiences with them have been pleasant. This particular branch location is small but the people who work here are always so professional and very helpful. They are good about greeting you with a smile and being of service to their customers. They take pride in helping answer any questions that you might have. Foothill offers great baking options and have great programs to meet your needs. This location has a 24 hour ATM located outside and they are part of the Co-Op Network. This makes it easier to find an ATM. They are practically in every 7/11. This makes it convenient for withdrawing my money. Overall, I am happy with Foothill Credit union and the banking services they provide. read more

I have been meaning to write a review about this branch but finally found the time today. Let me just say that I switched from being a long time BOFA customer and I switched over all of my bank accounts and my car loan over to foothill about a year ago and I have been extremely happy and pleased with my decision. About 6 months ago my fiancé also moved his car loan over to foothill as he saw how happy and pleased I was with the continuous great service that I have received. I frequent the Covina branch and I am always welcomed by friendly and helpful tellers. My parents also frequent this branch as they have been clients for about 20 years now and they are always provided with excellent customer service. As far as any bad reviews that I have seen here I just don't see how it is possible. Every branch that I have visited or person that I have spoken to in the call center is more than friendly and willing to help me. I work in the mortgage industry and deal with different banks on a daily basis and I can honestly say that Foothill is one of the best. read more

Instead of him transferring me, he assisted me personally with different transactions including assisting me with options for bill pay online and new checks ordered for my convenience when on the road. He also referred me to the company aligned with Foothill Federal who offers $2,000 death benefit for credit union members. Thank you for making all my mobile amd telephone banking easier! Ok, now I have been a member here for years and I have to agree with one of the reviews regarding rudeness of one of the new tellers. Maybe she was having a bad day. But I spoke to one of the office managers and they took care of the issue because I don't see her any more. Now for the update, I love love love this bank. Their customer service is extremely commendable. Everyone their is very nice and welcoming. I love that when I walk in everyone knows me and calls me by name. Who does that these days. I only wish that they had auto insurance coverage because i would transfer all my policies there. Please don't go any where because I would hate to go anywhere else and that is the truth. I never felt like i was an issue walking in here till today and i just stopped working with her and i will start working with someone eles. This is the most POORLY RUN BANK EVER!!!!!! The manager have f*cking idea how to run. That socialist b*tch had the guts to cancelled my card for 6 MONTHS!!!!!! because she accused me I was "stealing". I am like most people have work and have no time to wait for this place to open to pull out even 20 bucks. If you you have an account with this credit union close it and go somewhere else before this incompetent manager screws you all over. If not don't get an account no matter what anyone says, its way to difficult to get one from the beginning and all the women who work there are extremely rude and have no idea how to do there job. This is me just a rant. There are many times that I have come in and tried to retrieve stolen money. They charge $25 dollars just to TRY and retrieve it which is pathetic. Also recently I have lost my IRS tax refund because of a mistake. At first it was understandable because I did not endorse it. Sure okay wait 2 weeks for it blah blah. I go in today and the teller Jacquie or something I do not care. Not only does she not recalls a conversation we had less than 2 weeks ago. She then tells me that the bank lost it. JUST LOST IT. oh well right? Pathetic answer. Also less important because the account was closed and they do not keep records. OKay done now.. read more
