CROWDED most of the time...if you come at the first of the month, 15th or end...just forget it. If you come on a Friday...forget it. This is one of their busiest branches. 3. They just installed kisosks (ATMs) in the branch. These are better than the outside ATMs because they're serviced by the branch bankers directly. Most people don't realize that it's a different part of WF that services all of the exterior ATMs (so if you have trouble...you have to call a number. The branch has nothing to do with them). 4. Branch staff are very friendly, but always busy. HINT: Parking is tough around the building, but there is a second lot behind the branch...it's work the walk. Also, there's a security guard, so it's safe. OVERALL: Pick a different branch if you can, only because this one is guaranteed to be crowded. However, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. Thanks lady. As for seeing a bank representative to close an account, we didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for the next opening. Luckily, the 2:30 PM appt didn't show so we got in. Cash and deposit my check please. And deposit this cash as well after The whole point was for me to get my full check. That why I went to the teller and not the machines. As I was leaving I check my receipt and noticed he just deposited the damn check and not cash it first. Now I have to wait till tmrw for the full amount and some bills are due today.
