Whenever our balances were a bit low, she'd constantly call and bug us to deposit more money just to hit her own numbers. But when one of those businesses grew fast with huge volume and reached out for some real banking help, she completely ghosted them and wouldn't even reply. Things got ridiculous recently. We opened an account at the CH branch two weeks ago. Right after that, a normal deposit came into our Walnut account, and Ir*** S immediately gave us a really hard time over it. When we called for help, she was super cold and sarcastic. The representative, Ir*** S, even mocked us for opening accounts at another branch. Customers should be free to open accounts at any branch without dealing with petty office politics. I've already filed a formal complaint with corporate headquarters. The customer was yelling, cussing, calling the employee names, and becoming increasingly aggressive while she remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was the lack of protection and support for your employees during the incident. There appeared to be no physical barrier or safety measure between the customer and the employee, and although a security guard was present outside, he did not intervene, attempt to de-escalate the situation, or ask the individual to leave. As the customer became louder and more hostile, it was upsetting to see the employee left to handle the situation alone. I understand businesses want to create a welcoming and personable environment for customers, but employee safety should also be a priority. Situations like this can quickly escalate, and employees should feel protected and supported when dealing with abusive or threatening behavior. It was honestly very difficult to witness such disrespect toward this young woman and your staff. I hope additional measures can be considered to better protect employees and ensure they feel safe while at work.

Although a customer may arrive at 9:00 a.m., scan the QR code in an empty lobby, and receive a message indicating first position in line, this status may be inaccurate. An earlier online registration could supersede the walk-in entry. The mobile notification is therefore unreliable. This occurred during my visit on October 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.; the lobby scan process is ineffective. 2. I visited the branch twice--late yesterday afternoon at approximately 4:00 p.m. and again this morning at 9:00 a.m.--seeking assistance. Unfortunately, no substantive support was provided beyond a telephone number. Staff could have placed the call from their desk to obtain the necessary information, as all concerns had been clearly communicated. Instead, I was required to call the number myself and received a response stating that the office was closed and to call during business hours (attempted at 11:00 a.m., October 10, 2026). Desk personnel could have readily initiated the call on the customer's behalf. In all respects, internal coordination should exceed that expected of the customer, unless Wells Fargo branches lack interdepartmental communication. I try telling the bank teller all she said there is nothing they could do just call customer service. I did and US bank can't do anything about it they just give me the runaround.
