Instead of treating me like just another account, they listened, communicated, followed up, and handled my situation with professionalism, empathy, and care. Josh personally called to confirm my funds were released, Eric advocated for me, and Andy took the time to review everything thoroughly. In a world where member service can feel transactional, this team truly lived out the "people helping people" philosophy. Their kindness and professionalism helped me close on my home, and I'll always be grateful for that. Thank you again! -- BG
