I was then told I would have to wait up to 10 business days to possibly see the funds without any proof of the transaction. To make matters more frustrating, there is a fee for large deposits with a teller, which is why I chose to use the ATM in the first place. While I understand this is not the fault of the staff, it is concerning that an unreliable ATM is operating inside the branch and handling customers' money in this way.

However, Kirsten & Manny helped guide me every step of the way. To blocking, closing & starting from scratch. Manny went above & beyond even helping me set up things on my phone & APP. It definitely made me feel better knowing that they knew exactly how to handle the situation & getting everything squared away. Manny even called a couple business days later to see how my temporary card was functioning & asked if I had any questions about my new account. I also received my new Debit card via mail shortly after his call (which was way quicker than expected!) I am so happy with their service because my parents had fraud on their account around Christmas from a different bank franchise & it was not handled as well. This Bank of America is near Monrovia Library park, directly across from Citibank. There's a…read moreprivate parking lot by its side, so parking is convenient. They don't have many staff working at the lobby, and there was only one teller. While in line to get serviced, I thought "how bad could their service be" while looking at the low-rated Yelp reviews... I went to pick up foreign currency that was ordered through a legitimate mean, but not through the app. The teller couldn't find my name, told me they don't accept foreign currency orders through the way it was ordered for me, told me they'd look at the vault to see (but the teller was also busy and didn't have a chance to do so), asked me to take a seat. I had to wait in line again. Long story short, the branch manager stepped in and settled it. They handled it well at the end and it didn't need to be escalated further, but it was inconvenient going through what should have been an otherwise smooth experience. Also, many of the private rooms were for Bank of America Business Advantage, and there's one section for Merrill. The folks helping are very loud, so I can hear all the conversations that I think should be private (because they disclose numbers). I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable going to this branch to get advised. Overall, I didn't have the smoothest experience here. On the bright side, they have 2 ATM's outside that should be a convenient use!

Damn I invest money into your company and this is what I get. So frustrating and depressing! To think this bank is my primary bank. I just opened an account for my children and they were very excited to make a deposit their chores cash with coins already rolled into paper. Unfortunately I forgot the PIN numbers I assigned and I just had an eye surgery soy sister drove me and I don't have my id. I understand that physical id is needed but he could have told me in a vice why and not dismissive to my children. I work at retail and we need id mostly for customers but he could have been more helpful and nicer about it. Even explain why physical id is needed coz i mentioned I have a copy of it on my phone. I really dont want to come back but my daughters begged to get their money I. And their cards available to use. Please put someone in there that clients would feel they made a right choice choosing Bank of America to invest and keep their hard earned money.
