Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. Thanks lady. As for seeing a bank representative to close an account, we didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for the next opening. Luckily, the 2:30 PM appt didn't show so we got in. Wait was about 15 mins so it wasn't too bad. Thuy (bank rep) was friendly and nice. Her professionalism and knowledge shined through. Transaction was quick and smooth. She made our visit very comfortable. Thanks so much Thuy for your great service and time. We appreciate it. Great news... this location closes at 4:00 PM on Saturdays. We may be coming here more often now that their hours have returned back to normal. Yay! Thank you BofA!!

Cash and deposit my check please. And deposit this cash as well after The whole point was for me to get my full check. That why I went to the teller and not the machines. As I was leaving I check my receipt and noticed he just deposited the damn check and not cash it first. Now I have to wait till tmrw for the full amount and some bills are due today. Thanks to the guy who helped me for adding fees to my bills. Be professional and listen to what I say. I was pissed. I just told him to get his shit together. I didn't wait in line for 20 fucking minutes for him to deposit my stuff when I could've done the same thing in the machines!! He wasted my time. I have a house payment etc. I go to this bank always and everyone understands me, except for the guy today this morning. He's a young guy With a piercing. He was all spaced out. Wonder if he is high or something . Anyone who comes here be clear with him. He's not all there. Ruined my Friday Time to workout now
