DO NOT COME! The worst place to repair phone and definitely won't recommended to anyone!

DO NOT COME HERE. I had cracked the front and back of my iPhone 4 and came here to get it repaired. 1. Awful service. The employee was rude and mumbled when he spoke. He was impatient when any questions were asked. 2. He can't even get the job done. I went in to have my iPhone screen fixed and in the process, he broke my antenna so I was left without any service. He then spent two hours trying to fix it. Note: TRYING. 3. He lacked the tools necessary to fix what he had broke. He told me that he didn't have the tool to fix my phone so I won't have my phone for a day. 4. My father had gone in to give him an iPhone 3G to use as a replacement and once the clock struck 7:00, he packed up his belongings and left, telling my father that after the phone was done searching, I would have service. 10 minutes later, nope. Employees here are rude and cowardly. Another individual had come into the shop, screaming at the SAME employee that he had promised him $60 for the screen repair, but when he came to pick up his phone, he charged him $120. Be warned. DO NOT COME HERE. Rather, go on craigslist. There are plenty of professionals who won't break your stuff. read more

Great place! Sadly I've been here around three or four times in the past few months :( They have always been able to fix my iPhone screen, even when I thought it was way beyond repair! They always do a great job and have fair prices! Phone gets fixed within an hour or so. Will always come here if I happen to break my phone again :( read more

I would never come back here again! Bad service!! This tall looking guy "acts" like he knows stuff but he doesn't! I told him to help me unlock my iPhone 4 again and he said I can't unlock it cuz my SIM card isn't cut properly I mean common I've been using that micro sim for almost a month now and it's working fine until I accidentally updated my iPhone. He then took out a scissors and cut my sim car even more! And he pretended to fix my phone by turning it on and off . He wasted a total of 3 hours of my time I sat in this uncomfortable chair waitin for him to turn my phone on and turn my phone off again and again . Then finally he got the guts to tell me . I'm guessing this place is a no-go for cell phone repairs, BUT I came here yesterday for a laptop problem, and was surprised at the quick turnaround. I had quoted two other electronics repair places to take a look at my Asus laptop, which wouldn't turn on after taking a fall from my bed Saturday night (onto carpet, mind you). Both places told me the same thing about how a pin that should be in the charging port was missing (probably broke or flew out somewhere in the fall), so I'd need to buy this replacement part to even try turning the laptop on. However, both said places quoted me $80-100 for the replacement pin and $50 and $80 respectively as a repair service fee. I actually didn't want to go to Speed Mobile since I came back in September to ask about my shattered iPhone 4 screen and they gave a high fix price and long wait time (so I figured there'd be a crazy charge price here), but I figured it was worth a shot. To my surprise, the young man working (Edwin) quoted me $85 and said this included the price for the replacement part as well as the service fee (which is a non-refundable $20, included in the $85). The best part about this place is that they guarantee if they attempt to fix your laptop but the problem isn't fixed, you WILL NOT be charged the remaining of whatever your quoted price is (meaning, you only leave with $20 out of your pocket for the repair fee). Of course, $85 is still a high price, but compared to the other 2 quotes I was given, Speed Mobile seemed like the best deal. Best part is the guy originally said the part would take 3-5 days to arrive once ordered and that the repair process itself could take up to 7 days, yet the thing was fixed the very next day. I asked him why my laptop was fixed so quickly and he said it was because they found that they had the replacement part in stock in the back, so the fixing process itself took very little time. I know some readers might say, "Maybe he found the part inside your laptop since it fell out" but I know this isn't possible because I had opened my laptop myself to check prior to searching for repair places and even tried shaking it to hear for loose parts, but found nothing. Perhaps there are better deals around Rowland (to my Yelp searching knowledge though, I couldn't find any shops. Strange...Asian communities are usually JAMMED with electronic repair places), but for something as urgent as a laptop (this is my only one and I need it for work purposes), I reckon Speed Mobile is alright. Again, my review is only for the laptop repair service this place offers. I cannot speak for mobile phone repairs (and actually recommend another place nearby which offers a better price, given the previous 2 negative reviews for Speed Mobile. DO NOT COME HERE! 1. They will not admitted what they said. 2. If you talk to A , and when you pick up cellphone the B doesn't know everything with the phone regarding and they will not contact the guy you talked to. 3. Pretty BAD service! Have never met such this service when I left my phone in store one of them told me it's gonna be 7 days for business day. Then 2 weeks past no one contact me report my phone saturation. When I call asking my phone the guy telling me need to repair more part of my cellphone and need adding $20.00 for repair my speaker and volume control key. I was wondering why didn't you tell me at first time and now you wasting my time just for you telling me this? After the $20 dollars added. 1 more week past and still no one contact me again. I went to the store couple time just for making sure my phone is processing and fixing now because I CAN NOT WORKING WITHOUT MY PHONE that I told them. After couple time complain, one guy named Jay ( maybe the name is fake ) told me will be take care in priority case to my phone and will be done SOON! the following week Monday I called them asked the phone thing, they still processing and I told them I only can allowed 2 more days to you repair my cellphone. Wednesday I got my phone but DIDN'T FIX IT PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had conversation which is about will be added $20.00 for repair my another part speaker and the volume key will be fixed. BUT AS THEY SAID, THEY DID NOT FIX IT. and they didn't return my glass screen back, my screen still good and no crack they said the screen LED will be recycle after they done with fixing. WTF? my screen is new and I just bought it recently and you took it away then tell me I have to RESPONSIBLE for this because I give to them? No one in the store is nice and their working procedures are PRETTY BAD ! unclear what customers' stuffs and no idea how to report the cellphone condition even through they are not really care the phone is totally fixed or not. and they will not be able to give you any good attitude to you! They couldn't retrieve my screen my after we had deal a while, the guy willing to credit back me the regular price I bought. Is that nice? NOT! still suck and lot of excuses!!!!!!!! I would like to check the video who admitted me to repair my phone when I in the store, they afraid to get the video out. " We need third person to be here for security" ... WTF? BAD SERVICE! I came here for repairing my iPhone 6 screen. After one week the screen was detached from the phone and cracked. They refused to take responsibility for they had done a horrible job fixing the screen. The service and quality are definitely not worth $160. I do not think I'll come here again nor will I recommend anyone else. read more

Beware all T-Mobile customers of those crooks at that store. I learned the hard way when I found out about the phone I got from there is REFERBUESHED and not new. When I took back to them they refused to exchange it. Instead they gave me the run around and bunch of lies. They had bad attitude and horrible customer service. I learned later from a friend that they get you one way or the other when you come to the, either on the phone or the price. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. read more

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Got my iphone 5 screen replaced here and it randomly stopped working within 3 months out of the blue. Went back in to talk to JASON who ultimately changed my screen but still charged me for it. He said that hes "never" seen this happen before and that it must have been something that i had done. He put a dates sticker on the inside of my phone i think to make sure that if i ever come back he can see when i came in last. SO SHADY!!! Less than a month has gone by now, my iphone screen now makes clicking noises. (Sounds a lot like the blackberry storm) Also i think because of his poor application my iphone battery life has been tampered with. Moreover, when i went back he told me that their store policy is a 1 month warranty. He asked to see the receipt from the first transaction. Obviously i didnt keep a service receipt for something i thought would last. Plus he never told me about the supposed 1 month warranty. All in all just save yourself a couple hundred dollars and go to an honest retailer. Their other store is on fullerton rd. Both are bad!!!Also to keep in mind, Their warranty is only 1 month for a reason, their services are horrible and their products are made to last a month and a half. read more
