If…read moreany of you have bought phones in the AT&T stores in the past, you know it is a nightmare because they super slow. So my expectations were low. Anyway, I pulled up and sent a text from the email link saying I was outside. Within 5 minutes, a sales rep came out to my car. She verified my ID and went back to get my receipt and phone, and then I was on my way. It took me longer to find the store location in the shopping center. If you enter on Del Mar Heights Rd, you have to turn right to get to the bottom level. When you go down the hill, turn right and the store is on the right, next to FedEx. The only slightly bad thing was, I didn't realize that my new phone had been activated right away, until I attempted make a call on my old phone. lol!

One of the employees, Justin, clearly needs serious professional help -- I'm not even saying this lightly. At 1:15, two managers literally walked into the back saying they'd come talk to me... and never came back out. Why? Because they knew they were wrong and had absolutely no solution....ZERO STAR!!!!!!!!! This company doesn't just fail at service -- it actively wastes your time, drains your energy, and leaves you dealing with incompetent, untrained staff who have no accountability. You walk in with a problem and walk out worse than when you came. Avoid at all costs. This isn't just bad service -- this is next-level dysfunction.

it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

I can't say enough good things about Mark and PCS Connection. Originally, I had my phone battery…read morereplaced there and the service was exceptional from the start. Mark took the time to explain how battery cycles work, what to expect in terms of battery life, and how to properly understand battery health. It was clear he genuinely knew his stuff and cared about making sure I understood the repair--not just getting me in and out the door. Fast forward about four months, and I unexpectedly started experiencing battery degradation. I reached back out to Mark, not really knowing what to expect since I was outside the warranty window. Without hesitation, he offered to replace the battery--no questions asked. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days. Anyone can provide a service when everything goes right, but standing behind your work and taking care of a customer after the fact is what separates a good business from a great one. Mark earned my trust and my business for the long term. This is exactly how you create lifelong customers. Thank you, Mark, for taking care of me and for providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend PCS Connection!
