If you enter on Del Mar Heights Rd, you have to turn right to get to the bottom level. When you go down the hill, turn right and the store is on the right, next to FedEx. The only slightly bad thing was, I didn't realize that my new phone had been activated right away, until I attempted make a call on my old phone. lol!

it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

I walked in and was immediately told there was a system outage and they weren't helping anyone. I get that you're busy and there is in fact an outage, but she wasn't willing to even talk about it. I had other issues on my phone in addition to the outage problem. I didn't have service for over 24 hours and it wasn't until I reset my phone after the network was back up that it worked again.
