4 employees and a half hour wait per person or more. you sign in and they don't tell you they take appointments first. There should be a designated person for equipment so you don't have to wait . I found this store to be extremely slow and unorganized, spectrum needs a makeover in how it operates. Find another spot for your services for sure.

We were under the impression that AT&T would be better then our Spectrum and Verizon Hotspot. By…read morefar the absolute worst fiber Internet I have ever had. They just ran lines in our neighborhood and convinced me to leave Verizon which wasn't perfect but it got the job done. After having service installed for about a week, our AT&T drops out completely at about 3pm to midnight everyday to less the 96mbps. I have called, texted, emailed with zero response and the online support is a joke and reads from script. Service request is a joke and the value for my money I should have stayed where I was with Verizon. If I could I would give them o stars. Thanks for nothing AT&T!

Two minutes later, our lawn crew accidentally cut the wire which was not properly buried by the AT&T crew. Due to lack of repair techs, they put our reconnection out six days from the day That the accident and cut off. This is unacceptable as both my husband and I work out of our home and use the Internet on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I have returned to Spectrum, they were able to reconnect me the next day. I fussed at AT&T as we are long longtime customers of cellular, and they said they just do not have the repair staff currently. They have overbuilt too quickly and do not have the infrastructure to support their new customers. The coverage was spotty and at times that the Internet was very slow. We will consider changing back to them at a later date once they have the proper infrastructure in place. It is good to have options which we did not have before.

I visited recently with a connectivity issue on my new iPhone 16. While waiting, I observed Jacob assisting an elderly customer who was overwhelmed by an internet/TV issue. He treated her with extraordinary patience, respect, and kindness. By the time she left, she was smiling and at ease -- a testament to Jacob's professionalism and compassion. When he helped me, Jacob quickly resolved my issue -- which turned out to require AT&T-level support. His manner was professional, clear, and never condescending. It's not every day you see someone demonstrate such care for both tech and people. Jacob represents the best of AT&T. I hope he receives recognition -- he's an asset to your team.

This is a store that will steal your iPhone7, claimed they would give me $400 off an iPhone 11. It…read morehas been four or five months now, still no rebate. They literally ignore my phone calls. They literally stole my iPhone 7, but nobody there gives a crAp. This is not a real AT&T store, somehow they became authorized through AT&T. Same owners that on the one in North Deland, another small store just trying to rob customers. AT&T does nothing but allow it. I'm sure these people will be folding soon, but they're going to be doing it with a little bit of my money in their pocket. Total crap store. I would never ever shop here.
