They just ran lines in our neighborhood and convinced me to leave Verizon which wasn't perfect but it got the job done. After having service installed for about a week, our AT&T drops out completely at about 3pm to midnight everyday to less the 96mbps. I have called, texted, emailed with zero response and the online support is a joke and reads from script. Service request is a joke and the value for my money I should have stayed where I was with Verizon. If I could I would give them o stars. Thanks for nothing AT&T!

Two minutes later, our lawn crew accidentally cut the wire which was not properly buried by the AT&T crew. Due to lack of repair techs, they put our reconnection out six days from the day That the accident and cut off. This is unacceptable as both my husband and I work out of our home and use the Internet on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I have returned to Spectrum, they were able to reconnect me the next day. I fussed at AT&T as we are long longtime customers of cellular, and they said they just do not have the repair staff currently. They have overbuilt too quickly and do not have the infrastructure to support their new customers. The coverage was spotty and at times that the Internet was very slow. We will consider changing back to them at a later date once they have the proper infrastructure in place. It is good to have options which we did not have before.

My setup is unique compared to most because I have high tech equipment. The Smart City Reps, Joe and Chad, recognized this and told my wife they wanted to finalize everything with me to avoid negativity affecting my setup. When I got around to completing the switch in service. Joe and Chad were there within a day. They were prompt and easy to work with, just regular guys who liked helping people. There were a few physical modifications as well as technical changes that were necessary. They did so incredibly efficiently and quickly. Whether you're an HOA looking to make the change to fiber or if you're an individual who has an opportunity to make the switch, the service itself is great and reliable. On top of the technical value, the customer service is unparalleled. As stated, I received decent and acceptable customer support from my previous provider. However, Smart City, and especially Joe and Chad, managed to exceed an already acceptable level of customer service. I'm more than satisfied with Smart City, especially when factoring in Joe and Chad.

I suggest this find another location if you go in and there's only one person and there's a line cause you'll be waiting for two hours. They don't greet people when they come in or acknowledge you're there and when it's your turn, you get a little bit of attitude. We enjoyed the T-Mobile service. It is more affordable than the other services that we've had the customer service on site isn't always that great. I always try to handle everything self service but sometimes you just have to have a person to help out.

They also charged us for 4 liquid glass screen protectors for $200. This was not discussed with us at all. I later looked at that product and saw there was a warranty with them and would have replaced $250 for a lost or broken phone. Our phones were not even on the list. I have called corporate, talked to the manager and nothing, no help, just looked at us like we were old dumb people. After losing a phone we had to go back to them due to a 2 year contract. Luckily this time we were aware of the type of people they are and after negotiating got what we came for. All in all we were ripped off for approximately $650. BEWARE!
